Advantages: The facilities in the house are excellent, the room is very large, and it is very close to the sea, suitable for soaking in the hotel for vacation. The price is really expensive compared to the Philippines, but it is still very cheap compared to China. Disadvantages: I went snorkeling three times, nothing, really nothing... The hotel is small, very quiet, and the shop manager and staff are professional and friendly. Unfortunately, in time for the typhoon, the dive shop manager arranged to go to Apo Island ahead of time and saved our trip. I spent the last two days learning a hyperoxia course. I only stayed here one night flying in late and catching a ferry the next morning. The hotel is in a great spot to take a walk along the water that night, and then super easy to walk to the ferry terminal the next morning. Very nice hotel and a huge room. Staff was awesome, too. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dumaguete.

Great place! Cozy and quiet, like a micro ranch - lanterns and a delicate garden. Great air conditioning - quieter than I had in a light premium hotel in Manila. Modest, but they cook well - pasta with seafood is wonderful. Professional horn coffee machine - morning coffee will be delicious every day. There is a cooler with water, you can always replenish supplies. The hostel offers cheap laundry services. The room is clean and smells nice. The staff are people you want to see as your friends, not staff - young, cheerful, open and VERY supportive, all your problems will be solved in 5 handshakes (or less) I want to note the amazing singing of the guys - we had simply fantastic karaoke duets. Complete safety of your things. The hotel offers trips with local guides - I was in Valencia, it was amazing, comfortable and convenient.

Small boutique style hotel. Very friendly staff and a great on site restaurant for food. 10 Mins walk to main nightlife area so easy access but quiet when back.

very good! Love this hotel very much. Facing the sea. Every day a boat goes to sea for snorkeling and diving. The food in the hotel is also good and the price is high. The owner is French and the quality of the hotel management is meticulous. Continue next time.

I had a good stay here. I got the standard room. The building was like a big mediterranean greek inspired villa. There is pool and a paddio with a lovely beach view. The breakfast was included and you ordered it from a menu and it was really good. You can also take a swim on the beach outside if you want I can recommend you to stay at this place.

This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.

The room is large and the facilities are relatively complete, but the quilt is a bit thick. Although there is air conditioning at night, it is still hot. You can dive in the sea near the hotel swimming pool and see turtles. The female owner of the hotel's diving shop is very enthusiastic and lent us life jackets for snorkeling. The hotel service staff are very hospitable and the experience is excellent.

Conditioners work great Minorities: 1. water in the shower is dirty 2. No beach near the resort 3. Remote from center 4. The road to the resort is terrible, but for 2 days it doesn't seem so terrible!
