the location of the hotel are easy to find .easy to find food because have restaurant at the hotel area . the price of the room are affordable . the have some amenities such as kettle , and big screen tv .but the iron are need to share because iron at outside of the room and need to get new because the handle of the iron are getting loose the heat will burn the cloth . haha . luckily me . the room is clean and tidy , does not have minibar to keep food and cold water . the room does not have wardrobe . the receptionist are friendly and helpfull .

Very Good

GGuest UserRoom's size is skewed towards Small category, for the price I paid. Having said that, room appeared new and clean. Its location is away from the busy main road, hardly hearing traffic noise. But room door's noice insulation required much improvement. Having my room situated on 3rd floor, we received noises from the ground floor, if people speak louder than normal. Additionally, noises could be annoyed during the breakfast time, when noises generated by the plates/glasses/cutleries impact against each others. River view was over-rated. The river is super muddy, and seeing rubbish washed up the stream is a bit of an eyesore. Reception staff is slight incompetence, where mistakes were made repeatedly. It required close checking, in ensuring the right room of the right category being assigned. Overall experience is above average. Certainly room cleanliness is applaudable.

AAnonymous UserHello everyone. U plus budget hotel is quite reasonable with location is quite strategic to near attraction and food. Service okay and parking lot is a lot and free. Everything is okay but mybe can improve the comfort of queen bed as me and my friend having backache in the morning after 1 night stay. But overall is okay and reasonable with price.
