A Delightful Stay at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu I recently had the pleasure of staying at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel, conveniently located next to Takamatsu Station and offering breathtaking views of the Seto Inland Sea, combines comfort, luxury, and exceptional service in a way that makes it a top choice for both leisure and business travelers. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the hotel’s elegant exterior and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, handled by friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Their ability to converse in multiple languages was a notable plus, especially for international visitors like myself. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, well-appointed, and featuring a contemporary design, it provided a perfect blend of functionality and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of the room was the panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea, which was especially stunning at sunrise and sunset. The room also included modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel’s dining options are another aspect worth highlighting. I had the opportunity to dine at several of the on-site restaurants, and each meal was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet at “The Dining” offered a wide variety of both Western and Japanese dishes, all of which were fresh and delicious. The sushi at “Seto,” the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, was some of the best I’ve ever had, prepared with the freshest ingredients and utmost care. The staff at the restaurants were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall dining experience. One of the standout features of JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu is its array of facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped and maintained, allowing guests to keep up with their workout routines. I also took advantage of the hotel’s spa services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The massage I received was one of the best I’ve experienced, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Additionally, the hotel’s rooftop bar offers a spectacular view of the city and the sea, making it an ideal spot to unwind in the evening. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. Being adjacent to Takamatsu Station, it provides easy access to local transportation, making it convenient to explore the city and its surroundings. The nearby Ritsurin Garden, one of Japan’s most famous historical gardens, is a must-visit, and the hotel’s proximity to the ferry terminal makes it easy to take a day trip to the nearby islands of the Seto Inland Sea. What truly sets JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction I had with the hotel team was marked by warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, providing helpful recommendations and making arrangements that enhanced my overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu was exceptional in every way. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding dining, excellent facilities, and top-notch service makes this hotel a standout choice in Takamatsu. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend JR Hotel Clement Takamatsu for an unforgettable stay. I look forward to my next visit and the opportunity to experience their hospitality once again.

2 mid-middle, 2 night 3 day Shikoku trip, 1 night I disturbed my wife. The location is located in the downtown area of Takamatsu, about 5 minutes walk from Kotoden Kawaramachi Station, there is a large shopping center nearby (next to the next), and there is a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. It is easy to understand if you use the red brick color appearance and the large cat object as a marker. There is no parking lot, and if you use a car, the parking lot of the adjacent shopping center (Marugame Town Green) is a affiliated P, so you will be asked to discount at check-in. The front desk, lounge and restaurant are on the 2 floor, and breakfast is served here. 3 The lower floors above the floor are the hotel floors. The upper floors are dormitories, and there seems to be a coin laundry in the middle. I used the twin on the hotel floor, but the room seems to have been renovated recently and the room is clean. The size is minimal, especially the unit bath is extremely narrow, so if you use each toilet, washbasin, and bath, you may be in danger of hitting your feet and head if you don't devise a little. Even if I was 173 centimeters tall, I thought that my knees would stick to the wall when I sat down, and if a large foreign traveler used it, I would have a hard time. On the other hand, I was impressed with breakfast, and instead of the busy place that is often found in business hotels, the restaurant with a wide 々 and space has a rich buffet menu. In addition, each item was devised, and I was able to have a delicious and comfortable breakfast. The staff were young and kind. There is also a service to provide tea brewing for midnight snacks. It would be a good hotel for young people, business use, and solo travel. Thank you for your help.

I love this hotel! It may have been because I ended up in a corner suite with a hinoki onsen, which was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever had, but also because of the incredible location and the kind and diligent staff made this place a truly great experience. The food was terrific and since I was there three nights they went out if their way to insure I had a unique meal each breakfast and dinner. Many hotels in japan boast onsen but Hanajukai’s water isn’t treated or diluted, no chlorine smell and a wonderful, soft mineral feel. I’m a picky traveler who’s been around the world and have stayed at some of the top rated 5 star hotels but my experience at Hanajukai is one I will hold close to my heart.

I used the room of the new building. It is less than 々 away from Takamatsu station, and the bus seems to be not after the evening, so I went to the taxi. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very delicious. I was a little worried about the front desk from a little above, but I was very satisfied overall. I would like to use it at the new building next time I visit Takamatsu.

This was my fourth stay at the JR Clement, and I keep going back because it's always a good experience staying there! This time I booked a more spacious room, the deluxe double, which had a great view across the city to the mountains from both the bedroom and the bathroom, with the sea and cute island of Ozuchishima visible to the right. In the past, I've had lovely views of the port and castle from smaller rooms. I think all the rooms have views of some sort. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have a larger space with a bigger desk, plus a small table and easy chairs by the window. There was a generous daily allocation of toiletries (in packets rather than bottles which was good) - loved the lavender bubble bath, and the Olive Energy products were excellent. The hotel provides a daily newspaper as well. The staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I didn't eat in the restaurants (I think there are three), but don't miss the delicious cakes and pastries from the in-house bakery! The location is perfect, at Takamatsu Port two minutes from the JR Station, and across the road from Takamatsu Castle/Tamamo Park and Takamatsu-chikko Station. There is also a busy bus hub (including for airport buses) and taxi rank. Many shops and eateries close by. It's lovely to walk by the sea without having to travel to do it. Great sunsets! From the port you can catch ferries or fast boats to Naoshima, the other the art islands and Shodoshima. It's about a 2km walk to my favourite garden, Ritsurin Koen, or you can catch a train from Takamatsu-chikko. Already re-booked for this year!

This is a typical Japanese hotel, rather small rooms, but clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, and we had access to the lounge where we had breakfast each day and drinks and snacks in the evening. There was a choice of American or Japanese breakfast cooked to order, as well as juice, tea or coffee and a small selection of fruit, cereal and pastries. The room had no air conditioning, only heating when we were there in April so became very stuffy at night. We could open the window but there was a lot of noise from the street, traffic lights, level crossing, general traffic noise, especially at the weekend. We had to use the loop bus from the station with our luggage as it is a good 20 minute walk. The ferry pier and Ritsurin garden are about the same distance. On the way back to the station we got a taxi. However, it is very close to the 2 main shopping arcades and there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

Let's go to Udon prefecture! The Japanese-style room was good. I made it with two meals. However, the steak is very hard and cannot be eaten. Other than that, I recommend it. Mini hot pot, of course, with udon noodles, freshly fried tempura, assorted sashimi, and dessert. Breakfast was also delicious. The miso soup in particular was excellent, and I had to ask for more. The hot spring is also 40 degrees Celsius, so it is difficult to cool down after bathing. There is free Wi-Fi.

This is a fairly large hotel in Shionoe Onsen. Stayed in the pet room on the first floor. Dogs are not allowed to walk outside the room, but there are plenty of pet supplies in the room. The guest room is a Japanese-Western style room with about 6 tatami mats and 2 beds. It was spacious enough. The food was pretty good for the price. It looked beautiful and I was satisfied with the quality. Soft drinks were free and paper cups were placed for takeout to the guest room. Above all, the staff was kind and fun, and I had a fun meal. Breakfast is buffet style. The number of items is also abundant. I had a great time at the inn in the mountains.

Facilities: public bath, toilet and basin in the room to wash, bathroom downstairs on the first floor Hygienic: The interior of the room is very clean, but it is inconvenient to take a bath Environment: It is a bit difficult to find in a corner. The residential building is separated from the interior of the room. There is also a small bar inside. Similar to the bar and the front desk of the room, the door is opened, and the first floor and second floor of the room are available.

GGuest UserIt is a formal hotel that can stay at a reasonable price, although it is a little far from the station. Because I used it on a trip to sanuki Udon, it was good to be able to access the famous shop where the procession can be made in taga town on foot (20 minutes) after the first walk in the morning. Other than that, the parking lot was 24 free time access, so it was convenient. The room used a standard twin. It's not large, but it was comfortable with no inconvenience, clean and well-cleaned in a beautiful room. This is a hotel you want to use again when staying in Takamatsu.

GGuest UserI stayed for a large consecutive holiday for Seto art. Because it was a weekday in the valley of the consecutive holiday, I chose this hotel which was worthwhile when the whole city was set up to increase the price. About 8 minutes walk from Takamatsu Station. It is close to the station, but there are almost no convenience stores and restaurants around. Check-in and check-out are all done by machine. There is a attendant at the front desk, but no guest response, and it is a miscellaneous person. The room is a modest single on the 4 floor. It is not large, but two people are enough. There is a small TV. There is no particular shortage, and it is no problem as a hotel, but one point, you can't leave your luggage because of lack of personnel. Therefore, it is not suitable for those who want to leave their luggage at check-in and check-out. For those who do not, it will be one of the candidates for accommodation in Takamatsu, where accommodation costs tend to be high.

GGuest UserEven though it's the end of the year, I'm very satisfied with this twin 8000 yen. The structure is old, but there is no problem with facilities and cleanliness. The front desk is small but the customer service is polite. Supermarkets and family restaurants are within walking distance. There are few izakaya. If you want to enjoy the night, you should take the tram to the station. The parking lot was parked right under the hotel. Recommended for those who can be away from the city.

DdaitauchoiPrice is good. Location is great, just 5 mins by foot to JR Takamatsu and the train station Takamatsu-Chicco. Staff is helpful and nice too. However, the room is old and aging on the amenities. Dust is on the desk, on ceiling, and near the air-conditioner. Carpet looks not washed for quite some time. Fortunately the bed is comfortable and I feel hygiene on it. For someone who has high standard of hygiene, this hotel would not be an option for them.

Due to its simple exterior, this hotel is difficult to find, especially at night. There is no clear sign, and you might think it is an apartment or a medium-sized office building. Other than that, there are some services that are comparable to or better than the surrounding business hotels, and I think it can be recommended as a hotel that can be used as a base for sightseeing in Takamatsu. Since the ticket gate of Takamatsu Station is at the eastern end of the station building, you need to walk about 10 minutes from the station. It may be a bit troublesome in bad weather. The size of the rooms and bathrooms is comparable to that of a general business hotel. All the rooms are kept clean, and there is no dirt in the bathroom that cannot be removed, and it does not feel old at all. On the other hand, the rooms are entered using metal keys. Guests who are used to entering the room with a card key may feel a little uneasy about the security. There is one room that allows pets, and there are services that are not often seen in other hotels, such as a large public bath and bicycle rentals, so I think that one of the attractions of this hotel is that it can accommodate a variety of guests. The staff's customer service was never overly familiar, and they maintained a reasonable distance. The simplicity of the exterior makes this hotel difficult to find, especially at night. There is no obvious signage, and one might think it is rather an apartment building or a medium-sized office building. As for other factors, there are several services that are comparable or better than those of business hotels in the area, and we can recommend this hotel as a base for sightseeing in Takamatsu. The Takamatsu Station ticket gate is located at the east end of the station building, so you will need to walk about 10 minutes from the station. This may be a bit of a chore in bad weather. Rooms and bathrooms are comparable in size to a typical business hotel. All rooms are kept clean, and the bathrooms no longer have any stains that cannot be removed and hardly look old-fashioned.
