I stay 2 night here. Service is excellence as always. Do check in before heading to Port and ask where is the place. Got lounge and timing for ship to bring you to the hotel.
There is also shuttle bus bring u to train or bus station from the port so do request for it

GGuest UserThe sea view room we got was one of the biggest rooms we've stayed in. Felt like the space could easily sleep 10 people.
The hotel is slightly older and the in-room shower area was very old.
But their onsen was wonderful, especially the outdoor section.

BBrandorkslashdonLoved this hotel so much! There are 5 different onsens (including two amazing cave onsens) and a garden and a deck at level 30+ and restaurants, souvenir shops and a Lawsons in the hotel itself. The downside is that it is only reachable by a short boat ride on a very adorable turtle boat from 7 to 7 at certain intervals so you’ll need to time your itineraries very precisely. However, I did enjoy coming back earlier from a long day of hiking at Kumano Kodo and relaxing in the different onsens, which were a big highlight of my trip. Also make sure to dine at Ihura Sushi at Kii-Katsuura, which has amazing sushi.

QQingjiaowo_LisaEnvironment: Across the street from downstairs is the pier for Urashima and Nakanoshima. Not far from the fish market, just a few minutes walk away! The footbath pool by the sea is really good, you can soak your feet while watching the sea!

OOZYZThis is the first time I have seen a buffet where you can push a multi-layered cart to get food. I admire the atmosphere of the hotel. The environment, scenery and service are all good. It is at the end of a clean town, not far from the station, and you can walk there. Some people may think that the hotel is old, but it is a building of 50 or 60 years old and is well maintained. The room with the best location is also given! On the top floor, two large windows face different directions, one side is the sea, the other side is the mountain. Sitting in the room, watching falcons circling outside the window. A great place to daydream. The foot bath (free of charge) and the private bath (extra 2,200 yen) are both recommended.

GGuest UserThe room is very nice, it's like a Japanese-style room as you would imagine. It's very comfortable to live near the sea. The staff were very warm and polite. Unfortunately, it rained when we checked in, and the three-story pagoda of Nachi Taisha Shrine happened to be under maintenance. I canceled my trip here, which is a pity.

GGuest UserThe hotel is built in the mountains and needs to go through a 100-meter tunnel to reach it. After getting off at Shengpu Station, walk 1.4 kilometers, or take a taxi, I remember it was more than 700 yen. The hotel lobby, rooms and hot springs all face the bay, very pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and provided a timetable for Kumano Ancient Road buses and Ji の Matsushima cruise ships. Breakfast is Japanese and very rich. Although there is no sunrise view of the Pudao Hotel, it is cheap and good.

There is no air conditioning in the corridor, it is a bit uncomfortable in summer
Free baths available at other homes, but 15 minutes walk
The baths in other homes are very good.
The room space is good, but the air conditioner is 18 degrees for a full 30 minutes and the air conditioner temperature of my house is 25 degrees.
And the bathroom is not very good.
No elevator.
It is recommended to have a car rental and not afraid to take the stairs.

However, there are no toilets and showers in the room. If you want to go to the public bathroom and toilet, the problem is. The public bathroom is from the evening Check out is closed from 9 o'clock to the second dynasty, that is, if you check out after 9:00 p.m. to the second dynasty, you can’t take a bath, so you have to think about it.
