GGuest UserThe best service and cleanliness among the hotels I've been to.The best thing is the swimming pool. Opening 6.30-6 It's 30 o'clock, so everyone would want it in the evening.

GGuest UserThe property has a great ambience. The rooftop restaurant is marvelous. The rooms are spacious and neatly mainded. Looking forward to visit this property again when we visit Mysore. The food and rooms are value for money. The staff are friendly.

GGuest UserThe rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

GGuest UserIt's about a 10-minute drive from major tourist attractions like Mysore Palace and close to Mysore's affluent Gokulam neighborhood.
Disappointing aspects include the lack of towels provided during my one-night stay, the limited Western breakfast options, and the poor quality of the kids' zone.
I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service.
The price was half the price I paid when I booked just before my trip compared to a month ago, so I canceled free on Trip.com and rebooked.

The Valentine's al-carte menu was OK.
The valentine's day menu was confusing. The names were changed to match the theme but it didn't give any clear clue of what it was. We ended up ordering things we didn't wanted.
Amenities:
Good and clean rooms. Everything was functioning as expected for us.
There are no water aerators to the taps. So there is lot of water wastage and also the water flow pressure is high.
OKish indoor game area. The snooker que, TT bats aren't in great shape.

Excellent staff. Always ready to help.
