Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and helpful staff. Breakfast selection was average and some empty dishes was slow or not refill. Mall next to it was an added advantage.

EEchi MartaThe inn is clean, the service staff is friendly, the location is very strategic because it is in the city center, especially there are many culinary foods next to this inn. very satisfying until last yesterday I chose to extend in this inn.. For the parking area is also large, as a suggestion, it may be for 2 wheelchairs, guests who stay can add a little canopy. Hope the service can be maintained or improved, thank you.

GGuest UserClean and close to everything. Only downside was I had a room at the far end of the building and WIFI didn’t reach. Not a problem for me, but might be a consideration if you have work to do.

NNurfa777Hotel lobby looks nice. But people smokes openly inside this air conditioning space, such a turn off. Check in without hassle. Very fast. 2 person at the counter working. Warm face towel and welcome drinks offered complimentary. Swimming pool available but its raining during my visit. Didn’t get to utilize it. Room is okay but air conditioning is bad. Not cold. Complaint to receptionist but doesn’t seem to have any impact after the maintenance check it. View from room 1909 is amazing since its the 19th floor. Overall for a 4star hotel, its overated and overpriced
