The room is cozy. Big space and clean. The price is also affordable. The breakfast food is quite OK. The taste and the variety ia pretty nice. But the restaurant is bit small. My favorite facilities is the gym. They colab with the fitness center across the hotel is only 100 meter away, but the equipment is complete. The parking place is outdoor, so is a bit hot, but not to far. Overall is good and nice experience for my family tp stay there.

Great location, very near to a shopping mall where there are many restaurants and shops there. Very convenient for business travelers.

This is always my go-to hotel. The facilities are clean, and the location is great. It has all the basic amenities, and they do a good job with the cleaning. I plan to stay here again.

It will be a long review for this hotel. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape. Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough. It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas. Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana. Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account. Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available. They have several meeting rooms & ballroom. Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

The place is nice, the room is clean, and the service is okay. There's no view as it's blocked by the Bataqia Hotel. There's no drinking water in the room, and no kettle to boil hot water. You have to go outside the room to find a dispenser. The bathroom is fine, the water heater works, so hot water for a night or morning shower is good.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the hotel's rooms. From the moment I stepped into the room, I could feel the comfort brought by the spacious and bright space layout. The bed was very exquisite, with a moderately soft and hard mattress, matched with high-quality sheets and pillows, so that I could enjoy a good sleep every night. The facilities in the room are all available, from HD TV to high-speed wireless network to convenient safes, which reflect the hotel's careful consideration. Particularly worth mentioning is the design of the bathroom, which is not only clean and tidy, but also uses the space properly, so it will not feel depressing even if used for a long time. The toilet, shower equipment and sink are all very well maintained and very smooth to use. In addition, the room is equipped with an electric kettle and coffee machine, so that I can enjoy a cup of hot drink at any time, adding a bit of warmth to the journey.

Everything is good but location is abit far from town and there is nothing much to do nearby.

This Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.
