"Enjoyed the stay at the hostel. The people (Volunteers) at the desk were very helpful. The rooftop is a good place to hangout and meet fellow travellers. Location is in close proximity to main shopping areas of Heraklion. Also has a 24 hour convenience store within a 5 minute walk. Overall, it was a very good experience."

The hotel is stunned, in all its manifestations, breakfast 5 stars, insecurity on the roof did not use but are sure of the number of occupied tables near there everything is good, visited in spa, area on 5 service on 5, massage level of guys forgive 3 points, Crete would recommend? Absolutely yes! Hotel 5 stars, thank you for the warm reception)

Stayed here 1 night as an extra night due to late flight arrival times so we didn’t burn a day at our all inclusive. Hotel is brand new, clean, comfortable and very well located. As a family of 4 we had a double joining room. Staff were absolutely brilliant and went out their way to be so friendly and nice. It had a small gym but all good equipment, perfect for a short stay, breakfast buffet was decent for a short stay… Would highly recommend if you want a modern, clean and nice hotel. We spent the part of the day exploring Heraklion before heading to Panormos to our all inclusive. A+

Mirabello Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and major attractions. The hotel has a beautiful environment and is fully equipped with TV, hairdryer and shampoo. The service is professional and the staff is warm and thoughtful. They recommended us a cafe with a great view by the sea and invited us to taste local Easter snacks. They are committed to providing high-quality Cretan hospitality. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay and is worth recommending.

The room was great! The hotel is in a convenient location and the service is great. It should be the best hotel on the island? There are so many delicious things to do on Ke Island! The slow-roasted lamb is really delicious! !

We stayed for 12 nights in total. We asked for a room with south-facing windows but it was never given to us, even when the room was empty. It was so unfriendly. The older cleaners were very serious, but the younger ones were very bad. They were not timely and did not put away the items. Complaints were useless. The breakfast was very good. Although the variety was the same every day, it was rich and very Cretan.

We recently stayed at the Metropole and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment wr arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while in Greece. There are a maze of options but you will do yourself a favour by staying here.

A very well-located hotel with very clean, well-decorated, and modern rooms furnished with comfortable furniture. The icing on the cake is the generous breakfast offering good quality food. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was a small supermarket in the lobby. In particular, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and gave us handwritten bus routes and bus stop names. The bus stop was not far from the hotel, which was very helpful for us to visit the city (the bus driver did not understand English).

The Hotel Irakion is right in the centre of te Cretan capital. Excellent position to visit all attractions, museum, Lion Square etc or to just wander around taking in the atmosphere. Plenty of restaurants nearby. An open grill opposite the hotel was perfect to get a souvlaki to take back at night and eat it on the balcony with ouzo from the small 24 hour shop opposite hotel. The hotel itself I well run, clean. Has 24 hour reception. The room offered everything needed, hot shower, toiletries, plenty of loo roll towels and a fridge. Comfy large beds. Balcony with table and chairs. They also provided a decent hot and cold buffet to suit almost all tastes. The breakfast sets you up for the day of whatever you're doing next. Enjoy Greece 🇬🇷
