A new project emerged Villa Madile was built and opened in 2014.
2 villas/2 gardens and 2 atmospheres but a single warm/ welcoming spirit to share life is little pleasures.A moment of serenity in Le Petit Bonheur/ a cosy space which is both a tea room and a wine bar for refreshments of all sorts.

It makes me feel like I bought a house in France.
The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of amenities (soap, coffee, tea, hair dryer, towels, etc.). Staff  was also kind and it was a very comfortable stay.
The only thing that was unfortunate was that the radio waves were too weak to connect to Wi-Fi. However, the staff did their best to connect to free radio waves and it wasn't a big problem because I have an eSIM. The problem is my father. I wonder why I have to bring work to my travel destination in the first place, and I was frustrated that I couldn't use my PC and couldn't work even though I could do as much as I could. So please come after you clean up your work.
Then you can have a really nice experience. I didn't have time to hate and I couldn't have an elegant experience of having breakfast on a nice terrace. But it was a nice inn that I would like to come back again for that experience!
It's not a place to travel easily from the location of the city, but I think Japanese people especially love this place. It's an atmosphere and scenery that is absolutely unavailable in Japan ... I could understand why overseas people want to stay in traditional Japanese houses. It is the feeling that everyone wants to know and the feeling that I want to keep secret forever 々.
The number of beds is also sufficient, and the toilet and shower room are separated!"

Guest UserFirst, the town of Bellême is more charming and interesting in person than can be described on paper. We had wonderful dinners, peaceful walks and we learned about the area (Perche), which was one of our goals. It is a great place to headquarter if you are planning to explore the region. Second, the hotel is a work of art, literally. The decor reflects the artistic background of the hosts and each item is worth a moment of contemplation. The hosts were both very helpful and enthusiastic. They encouraged us in our endeavors and gave really good advice about restaurants and places of note. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants.
The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home!
Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good!
I just want to thank all the staffs for the hospitality and wish you guys Merry Christmas!

Wendy YeoCheck-in was smooth, our room was available immediately at 3pm check-in time which was important as we had to rush for our abbey tour. Front desk staff can speak English and are helpful and friendly, offering to help us with our bags as our room was on the second floor and there are no lifts in the 2-level building.
Room-wise is small and rather basic but clean and toilet is separate from shower which is good. Single beds are also small but okay for us.
The location is its greatest plus point, with the shuttle bus stop just outside the hotel. Plenty of parking lots available.
Good for a one night stay to visit MSM.

A 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Nice natural light.
There are many local attractions close by. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. There are shops in the area that seem to be frequented by local people; they are not necessarily tourist oriented places with junky souvenirs.
10/10 would recommend.

The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one.
Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done.
Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-)

We chose this hotel for its excellent location relative to Mont Saint Michel. Our room was on the small side, and breakfast was modest. There's a bus stop nearby for the train station and another for the free shuttle to Mont Saint Michel. It's perfectly comfortable for a short stay.

Not much to say … only good stuff!
Nice welcome at reception when we checked in earlier than planned. We got touristic advice to go around and they kept our big suitcases. We unfortunately didn’t get parking as they were full.. all reserved (NB: trip.com never discussed that we had to book the parking, this is something Accor and Trip.com should discuss about as this is now our 2nd encounter of this problem…. Coming from Malaysia and renting a car, this is not helping… we had no idea we had to reserve parking)
The bedroom was very nice, pretty balcony but small bathroom… especially given the placement of the toilet…. lol. But never mind. Nice deck of the bedroom and the hotel too… themed on Christian Dior and fashion, we liked that ☺️
Last the breakfast and its location: beautiful. The view of the sea is really good, the furniture is nicely chosen, and the food is good. First time I see a « make your sunny side up eggs yourself » set in a hotel, which was cool.

Just spent a night at the ibis Alençon right in the town centre on Place Auguste Poulet-Malassis. Perfect location — you can walk everywhere: the beautiful basilica is 4 minutes away, shops, restaurants and the Halle au Blé market square are on your doorstep, and the train station is only a 10-minute stroll.
The room was typical ibis: compact but well-designed, with a really comfortable bed that gave me an excellent night’s sleep. Laminate flooring felt cleaner than old carpet, the bathroom was functional with good hot water and powerful shower. Free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — the night receptionist even went out of her way when we had a minor issue. Breakfast is a highlight: fresh scrambled eggs and sausages cooked to order, decent selection of pastries, fruit and cheese. Good value for the price.

Guest UserThe hotel was fine - 2-bedroom family room. We chose it for its proximity to the ferry port. There is nothing in the area of the hotel itself, but when I enquired on check-in about restaurants, the helpful receptionist gave us directions to a place called Mondeville 2 - about a 10-mintue drive away.
Big problem was that I had prepaid through Trip, but when at check-in I was asked to pay again as they said Trip had not supplied the details of my payment.
I had no choice but to pay again. When I contacted Trip on my return home, they blamed the hotel staff for not knowing the payment process. Either way, I shouldn't have been put in this position. I was issued with a refund without delay by Trip, but I will now always have my doubts about future bookings.
