It was incredibly hot and smelly as the 12 people room which went around two corners only had a small AC above the entrance and the windows couldn't be opened at all. I asked at night if it was possible for them to open them shortly, they claimed they had no key. Next day while check out I was told that they do have a key and they were sorry the person from the night before should have opened the windows....
Alsoy triple beds missed the ladder for the middle bed, so you had to take the one to the top and awkwardly get of on the middle bed. Very clean tho.

Guest UserThe hotel is about 3 kilometers from the city center. The T2 tram stops right outside, reaching the center in 7 stops. A round-trip ticket for two people costs 5.9 euros, and tickets can be purchased from a machine on the platform. The hotel has free parking. The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was hearty. There's a department store next to the hotel, and many locals come to shop from the T2. There's also a Carrefour supermarket inside, where you can buy Dijon specialties like Burgundy wine and mustard.

Guest UserLocated in the very centre of the historic part of the city. Sumptious breakfast for a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, the main restaurant ”Le Centrale” was closed for refurbishment at the time of the visit + there was no safe box inside the room.

Although the room is not big, the location is very good, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, and very comfortable.
In addition to note that although there is an elevator, in fact every floor has half a floor of stairs to go.

Great location, only 3-5mins away from the Dijon train station (where the TGV stops). Perfect for short stay or need very early late train ride, because you don’t need another commute after you get off train.
Rooms are cosy, but you get what you pay and for the price I paid, I think it’s decent value for money.

Très bon acceuil, personnel très agréable et à l'écoute (Sylvie, Tristan, ainsi que le personnel au moment des repas).
Tres bonne cuisine.
Literie très confortable et chambre très calme. Aucuns bruits , surtout la nuit, malgré la proximité de la voie rapide.
Emplacement parfait, proximité du tram, permettant de se déplacer dans Dijon tout en laissant la voiture sur le parking gratuit de l' hôtel.
Nous reviendrons.

The worst in all of this, no commercial gesture is proposed and the management doesn't even take time to call you to find a arrangement

Hotel correct, noise of the chairs of the floor of the top to be revised with noise-free slips.

Rapport qualité/Prix excellent.
L’hôtel est très simple et les installations ne sont pas très récentes mais apporte ce qu'il faut pour un passage : il y a un lit (simple pour une personne pour ce qui me concerne) avec un matelas confortable, une télé, un petit bureau, une douche et du chauffage (séjour en février). La chambre était globalement propre malgré une couverture un peu élimée.
L’hôtel est bien situé non loin de la gare, du centre-ville et du réseau de bus.
