"The location is really good, 2 minutes walk from Sokodober and 3 minutes walk from the cathedral. The staff is so friendly and listen well if you ask. The refrigerator can be raised to 5 stages, so water and beer can be kept cool. Other hotels are not very cool. There is no control, but here is it. There is little dust and the room is very warm. SSHUN1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). GGuest UserThe hotel location is great and central and both amenities and staff were excellent - including the restaurant (which served first class fare at a reasonable price). Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings. Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.

And within the city, it has a very good location for getting around, going out for dinner, etc. As for the room, I found it adequate, considering it's not a new hotel: a comfortable bed, old towels, and no amenities.

GGuest UserWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.
