The hotel is quite convenient for eating, and there are several good takeaways (Landao Restaurant and Xiaoxiu Sweet Soup, both ordered twice, they are very delicious, no surprises). There is a seafood stall next door to the hotel, both of which are worth recommending. It is recommended to visit Dongshan Island.

Basically, you don’t want to go out when you stay in the room, because the beautiful sea view can make you lie on the rocking chair on the balcony for an afternoon. It’s really a bit like our vacation in Seychelles or Six Senses Yao Noi. Because it is relatively hidden, it is a little far from the parking and commercial areas (many restaurants are in this area), and the owner of the B&B will drive a battery car to pick you up. The B&B is not far from the only remaining ancient street in Dongshan, and there are many snack shops and small restaurants on the ancient street. Go to the lower left after leaving the B&B, and you will see many piers where fishing boats are moored after passing the Fengdongshi ticket office. The more famous Fish Ball Grandma on the island is nearby. His Liufu fish balls, peanut sesame cakes and meat dumplings are delicious. The B&B does not provide breakfast, but you can take it out, which is not inconvenient. The main thing here is the high-end rooms and the unbeatable sea view. The most important thing is that dogs are also welcome. My two short legs also like it here very much.

Because there is a chartered pick-up service on Dongshan Island, you can pick up from the high-speed rail Yunxiao Station or various places in Xiamen (including Xiamen Gaoqi Airport). The transfer to Yunxiao Station is about 100 yuan, and the transfer to Xiamen is about 400 yuan. I've tried it, and the driver is honest. The minimum time for traveling to Dongshan Island is two full days. How to play it specifically depends on the local weather and tides since more than half of it is in the sea. For other tourist attraction locations, which restaurants to eat at, overseas projects, etc., just ask the boss and get discounts. If you can ride an electric bike, it will be very profitable. You can ride it anywhere. The B&B is strategically located at the tip of Nanmen Bay, with first-class scenery and unparalleled sea views. The B&B is in the ancient city and cannot be reached directly by car. The boss will pick you up at the entrance of the scenic spot. The room is relatively small, and the room downstairs can hardly be moved around by a family of three. You should first ask the boss which one is suitable for you. The room is a duplex. You have to go upstairs to sleep. The space upstairs is 175cm and you will have to bump your head. The water on Dongshan Island is delivered outside, so the water pressure is very low, making it difficult to take a bath. The water in the room I stayed in was also relatively slow.

Traveling alone, I arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening. The boss will drive a sightseeing car to pick you up. The environment and sanitation are very good, and the sea view is also great. It is worthy of being one of the best in the hotel. The boss is very good and talkative, come back next time 👍
