Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Plenty of things to do without having to leave the hotel, including activities for children. Very attentive staff. I didn't like the outsourced parking, where you pay 38.00 per day. This should be included in the daily rate. Also, the bathroom in the room doesn't have an exhaust fan to eliminate odors. In any case, I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast is a spectacular part, as well as many delights the entertainment made makes everything more special, and finally the service, warm, human, perfect.

We had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

Great hotel, very good structure, everything is very new, a little far from the center, but there are options to stay at the hotel all day. For those with children, the Kids space is well-equipped and there is a baby pantry in every block.

Bom dia! A localização é boa, o atendimento foi demorado mas foram bem atenciosos, em relação a limpeza e pescima as fronhas do travesseiro não estava limpos, não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, não tinha papel higiênico, pedimos para as camareiras e não trouxeram, saímos do hotel ficamos umas 6 horas fora quando voltamos tivemos q ir a recepção pedir…..
