"We book 3 rooms for 1 night but when we arrive hotel said only have confirmed from Trip.com 1 room 1 night so we need to wait long time. And we go out for dinner and come back around 10:30pm and still have 2 rooms and 1 room need to go another building without heater system in the room. 11:30pm we need to go reception to ask for support with 1 small heater ."

"Location of hotel Siru Brussels is very strategic,only 1 mins walk to Metro Roger,about 8 mins walk from nord train station Brussels.it made us easy to travel to Atomium,airport and sightseeing. Room is not big but comfortable with tv,heater and kettle.Breakfast is 15 euro per person and is delicious and more choices.Staffs are very helpful too.will stay again if come to Brussels next time"
