"The room is fine in all aspects, very clean, air conditioning is also powerful, that is, when you check out, you have to add tax. I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. Also, don’t believe the picture, the actual location and the picture are not the same place at all."

GGuest UserWe were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.

WWeiThe location is top notch, only three minuets walking distance to Old Bridge. Hotel and its restaurant staff were really friendly and their services are excellent. The breakfast was huge and delicious, represented local flavors and hospitalities. The only drawback was the bed sheets, not soft and comfortable.
