HHYUNCHEONThe garden was so beautiful. However, after checking in, I got on the elevator on the first floor from the underground parking lot and they changed my key to a better room, but it was a smaller corner room. I complained, but they didn't accept it because the room was already gone, and communication was difficult, so I gave up, but I was very dissatisfied. Who on earth did they give my room to? Breakfast was good.

GGuest UserThe room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day.
