"The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The lobby interior is stylish and welcoming, setting a great first impression. The room was comfortable with a stunning view, but signs of wear and tear were noticeable. Light switches were oddly placed, with no main control at the entrance, and one switch even stopped working mid-stay. The furniture felt outdated, and the fridge had a strange smell and rattled through the night. The bathroom could use a more thorough clean, especially around the shower area. Room service was decent and the food authentic. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement."

"GOOD: 1. Buffet breakfast was wide and varied. Appreciated that they anticipated the Valentine's volume of guests having breakfast and had addl seating and food set up in the lobby area outside Cafe 8. 2. Water refilling machine by the elevator lobby prevented used plastic bottle wastage. Good green initiative. 3. Room was still the same... Comfortable but getting old. No electric outlet on the right side of the bed? COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Considering their check in is at 3pm vs other hotel's 2pm...we only got the sms that our room was available at 4.05pm. Then we had to queue at the check-in counter which only had 2 people! Two! It is Valentine's day and you know you have full house situation... We had to wait another 20 minutes to get our room key. Total 1.5hrs wasted before getting into our room. We then asked if we could ask for 30min extra late checkout on top of their 11am check out versus 12noon hotel standard. FLAT NO was the answer. We have mixed feelings about our latest stay in Crimson Filinvest thus the 3 out of 5 star rating for their service."

"We had a great time in Bellevue Hotel. All the staff are so hospitable. Everyone will greet you respectfully and all will help you without hesitation. We will definitely be back in this hotel. So Happy we booked with trip.com checked in smoothly. You just need to show the booking details and in 5 mins you are done. Same with checking out even faster. We had a great family bonding! Numerous pool in the hotel. Just to add our daughter enjoyed the bellevue kids club. Spacious, friendly staff and a lot of things to do for the kids."

"One of the best to stay when in Alabang. Staffs are friendly and very courteous. I message the hotel for a surprise treat for my husband 60th bday upon check in and they prepared a very cute and delicious cake! Love it! The units are clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well. We will be back again for sure 👍"

"B Hotel was fantastic for our anniversary! The greeting card and room setup were such a sweet touch, and those cake slices were delicious. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit tricky – get there before 7 pm or you'll be hunting for a spot, and street parking overnight is pricey (around 200 pesos). Luckily, the security guard let us park right by the hotel since we were guests. Breakfast had a limited selection, but the staff were so attentive it didn't really matter. The hot showers were amazing! Seriously, I want my future bathroom to be exactly like that one. The bed was huge and comfy, the room spotless, and the hallways always smelled fresh and clean. It's a short drive to the mall, which was super convenient, especially when my husband had a sudden vertigo attack at the mall (thank goodness for the nearby hotel!). We'll definitely be back!"
