Facilities: This is a new hotel in 2025, the facilities are relatively new, but they are tasteless. The restaurant is on the top floor, actually on the 6th floor, but the sun is shining brightly in the restaurant and you can overlook Kathmandu, which is very comfortable 😌 The food in the restaurant is delicious! The price is reasonable too! Environment: There is a road under construction outside the hotel, but it will be completed soon. However, the location of the hotel is good, not far from the Boudhanath Pagoda, about ten to twenty minutes' walk. The hotel is also close to the airport, very convenient. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, solar energy ⚡️Convenient for bathing Service: The service was excellent! Very good attitude! From the boss to the employees, everyone is very nice! My friend forgot his credit card at the front desk when he left, and the boss drove him out! The boss can also help book a car to the airport ~ In short, it's all very good

We spend 4 days at Lavie hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Allthough the road is quite busy, after 10pm the traffic slows down heavily and the traffic noise disappears. We went several times to the early morning walking ceremony around Bouddhanath Stupa which is only a 10min walk from the hotel. The staff is great and we would like to thank Ms. Dawa in particular for her great support. She helped us to buy tickets for a local music festival and supported my wife when she didn’t feel comfortable. Thanks, Dawa!

If you want to experience the Nepalese style, this is a very good choice because it feels like living in an ancient monument. The equipment in the room has been tidied and the comfort is very good. The hotel is near the Great Pagoda, about a 15-minute walk away, so you can have a quick look at the city.

The hotel's service staff was very polite. As soon as they entered the hotel, the staff offered Hada and instantly felt that this strange city was very kind. It was very clean and hygienic. The breakfast can be ordered as your favorite, and then it is very delicate.

The room is a bit small. But the equipment is complete and the lighting is sufficient. Hot water is enough. At the location, it took 20 minutes to walk to the stupa. The hotel is on the slope of a residential area. The master who hits is looking for about 10 minutes. The breakfast is sufficient, but it is a Western breakfast.

After returning from Pokhara and Lumbini, I still choose to live by myself. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and hygienic, and I walked to the Great Buddha Pagoda at night. Excellent value for money. This time the room rate also includes breakfast, everything is very good.

One of the best bang of buck hotels in boudha area, kathamndu. The receptionist was very nice to give me free upgrade to superior room. Room was very clean spacious and breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended

The hotel is not big, the environment is quiet, the Tara statue in the lobby makes us feel safe and friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and I would like to praise the hotel guy, who is warm and hospitable, considerate of customers, and tries to meet all requirements. Our group of 6 people are very satisfied. Warm reminder: You need to bring your own toiletries, and there is a lack of hot water for washing.
