A superb b&b. One of the best b&b’s I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable room. The nicest hosts. We stayed for three nights and breakfast every day was different and delicious. Quiet location outside of town. A fantastic experience all around. I would love to stay here again.

What a wonderful B&B! This is located just 15 minutes from Acadia and Bar Harbor, so nice and quiet but easy to get everywhere. Anna was just lovely, so kind. She was incredibly accommodating of my gluten free request - the breakfasts were GOURMET and I have traveled a LOT. There were so many little touches - like homemade gluten free cookies in our room, a basket of soft blankets you could bring on an outing so you didn't get cold, and plenty of everything we needed. It's in a lovely old restored home, small but quaint.

This is my second stay and if possible there will be more in the future! Jim and Anna provide you with everything and more! They think of all the little things you probably forgot! The breakfasts are amazing and I got excited each morning to see what wonderful meal they were providing!

This is a lovely bed and breakfast. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfasts were fantastic. The owners are very nice, and they were willing to do almost anything to ensure their guests felt taken care of. I would love to return sometime and would highly recommend this B&B.

Can't say enough good things about the place
I cannot say enough good things about the Coach Stop Inn. The entire stay was excellent and Anna and Jim are the perfect hosts. If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet and convenient place to stay near the main attractions on Desert Island I highly recommend it.

Wonderful, historic Inn with personalized service
Such a wonderful and personalized touch. My room was cool with the a/c and ceiling fan on when I arrived which I greatly appreciated in the heat wave.
Complimentary umbrella, hiking flashlight and water were waiting for me in my room as well as thick fleece blankets in the tea room for those who go up Cadillac Mountain at sunset or sunrise. Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room and charming tea and breakfast rooms. Just loved the history, condition and owner service of this place. And I had my own patio with Adirondack chairs right outside my room for relaxation before and after my long hiking days. Highly recommend.

Sehr idyllisch
Die Unterkunft ist so nett eingerichtet mit vielen netten Kleinigkeiten. Das Zimmer ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, Kleinigkeiten: Kuchen stand für uns im Zimmer bereit, Taschenlampen und Wasser auf dem Nachttisch. Auf dem Fernseher wurden wir mit Name empfangen und dort waren viele hilfreiche Tipps aufgeführt für die Umgebung z.B. Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist klasse. Jeden Morgen bekommt man etwas Neues und ganz besonderes serviert.
