I have to praise the Shangri-La Hotel, Baotou. I was impressed by its charm from the moment I walked in. The soundproofing of the room is great, and I can rest quietly without being disturbed by the outside world. I also thank Cassie Zhang Zhilin, the hotel's guest relations director, for helping me arrange everything for my room. It is so pleasant to enjoy the elegant environment of the hotel in 2025. The hotel's sanitation is impeccable, and every corner is spotless. The service team is enthusiastic and professional, making people feel at home. Such an excellent hotel has such a good reputation. Give it a five-star rating!

It was my first time to go to Baotou on a business trip, and I felt the strong enthusiasm~ When the front desk lady Tiantian helped to check in, she kindly reminded me that the room has heating, floor heating + air conditioning. If you feel hot, you can turn off the air conditioning. Baotou is relatively dry, so you can turn on the humidifier at night. It's so heartwarming~ The most important thing is that Tiantian also upgraded my room, so I enjoyed the suite and saw the night view of Baotou. Great! When checking out, Cassie helped to operate the water bill and invoice, and the check-out was also very convenient

The hotel is in a great location. I stay at Hyde every time I go on a business trip. The room is clean and tidy. Xiaolei, the front desk clerk at the hotel, provides excellent service. He introduces nearby places to eat, play, and visit. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Recommended

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

This accommodation experience was very helpful. Hotel J has a convenient location. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-designed. The staff are warm and thoughtful, with good service attitude. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes great. There is a free parking lot and a bowl of noodles late at night. , the short-haired beauty at the front desk provided great service.

The Qingshan Hotel, which is in Baotou by car on National Day, is very close to the attractions of the Arms City, and there are free parking spaces. The independent yard is very quiet at night, the room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is more modern. The overall living is much more comfortable than the 5000 Xiangshawan. The front desk manager Zhang, Xiaoma, Xiaobo service is in place, the children's problems are properly handled, and the hotel's impression is added. Come to Baotou and choose this first.

I like to live in his hotel, the room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast is delicious, there are more parking spaces in the parking lot, and free parking. Zhao Donghui at the front desk has a special service. The room windows are large and they are all bright windows. The breakfast dishes taste good and there are many types. The location is convenient and there are more foods around. The traffic is very convenient.

Awesome! This is my favorite hotel. First is the vegetarian buffet restaurant, which is delicious! A wide variety of stir-fries, pizzas, cakes and hotpots. Secondly, the bedding is comfortable and the sponge memory pillow is extremely helpful for sleeping. The indoor lighting is also very soft, giving a relaxing and warm feeling. Paired with a small coffee table and four types of tea, you can enjoy Kung Fu tea and have a warm and comfortable sip. Once again, the smart toilet is so convenient! The bathroom is also equipped with laundry detergent and skin care products, which is very considerate. Shampoo and shower gel are both Herborist brands. The shower is also very designed! Furthermore, the front desk receptionists, restaurant waiters and room attendants are all warm and polite. All in all, a nice and considerate hotel. Affordable price, five-star experience!

隔了7年再次入住，感覺設備確實有些老舊，新酒店頻頻新開，以前爆滿的情景恐怕也不易再現，但服務衞生都沒説的。特別感謝餐廳師傅：看到我們因為沒水果刀，拿着自己買的花萊柿找到餐廳，二話沒説，接了過去，貼心仔細洗了外皮，專業切分擺盤，讓我們拿回房間——心裏暖暖的！
