Staff was very nice, although the level of english was close to 0 for most of employee at the reception, except big boss Mr Huang. But I repeat, all the staff was very nice and very helpful. The hotel asks for a 500RMB deposit ; when you leave the hotel, you must wait the « room check » to be sure that you didn’t drink a coke, a sprite, ate a tiny bag of chips or break anything. On these aspects, a cheap 120rmb/night hostel has better service than this five star hotel. Otherwise the location is very nice, the private hot spring is very nice. Chinese restaurant is very good. A great thank to the very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel architecture was very nice, made good use of tall and beautiful spaces. Being in the middle of the rainforest, it is quiet and relaxing. The food is not so good, the cooks don’t seem to understand produce very well and end up eating tough meat and and very dried fish. The breakfast zhou is not so bad though. Apart from the food, the staff wasn’t too useful with the covid policies, they didn’t facilitate or helped us to get to a covid testing place so we end up spending the entire day just for that. The place is clean, not much else to say about that. Installations are a bit old, some of the lights are flickering, woodwork needs some love. But the best part is the bathtub, very big very clear and comfortable with thermal mineral waters coming straight from the mountains. I

You can ask the hotel front desk to send a car to pick you up when you go in and out, which is very convenient. This time I stayed in the single-family area, which is relatively quiet, but the only drawback is that there are relatively more mosquitoes and insects, and ants, geckos and the like can be seen everywhere. It is recommended to stay in the main building area, which is relatively better. The scenery is also better in the main building, and there is also a swimming pool. I also experienced the free travel photography and cruise, which are still good. It is a niche but very good hotel. If it can improve in soft services and environmental disinfection in the future, it can be compared with some international chain hotels.

We saw a pool on the first floor, but it’s not clear if it was a private pool or accessible to all guests. There are some small shops in the compound selling drinks and snacks that are open pretty late. A plus of this property is that it’s close to the park, though you should definitely get a car to take you to the ticket office since Yanoda Park has a very long driveway at the property entrance.
