除了前台小亮服務態度好！環境破舊，衞生不好，房間潮濕還很多蚊子🦟一晚上都在打蚊子🦟，餐廳早餐不是自助餐品種少就幾個要現場點，餐廳女服務員服務態度很差，還沒點就説怕我們浪費食物，直接無語！整體體驗差！

這個酒店地理位置上其實屬於自治縣，不過離三亞很近，五一度假定的，最後一天住在了這裏，有點後悔沒預留時間玩玩周邊熱帶雨林和檳榔谷，自然環境很棒的地方

網上看到的介紹都挺好，實際到店後和介紹差很多，房間頂棚上還有老鼠，嚇得孩子們不敢睡覺，半夜找前台換房，門前的泳池也沒有水，本來這裏的整體環境還不錯，就是管理的不好
