房間衞生不錯，很大的家庭房能夠做的乾乾淨淨很難得。但是房間老化比較嚴重，陽台紗門全部有問題，基本上不能正常開合。藤製傢俱的弊端就是容易藏污納垢，老化較快，希望能夠更新。
其次酒店前台女服務員態度很一般，建議加強培訓，業務不熟悉，我訂酒店備註了要高樓層，陽光好靠南面的房間，結果給了一個陰暗面，一樓沒有陽台房間，跟她交涉明顯不耐煩，後來主管來了以後很快解決問題，換到了陽光好的房間，前台男服務員態度都很好，並且在沒有樓梯的情況下還能幫忙搬運行李，非常感謝。
再是訂房前溝通過想去溪谷遊玩，酒店前台女服務員告知可以下去，結果去到溪谷那邊工作人員説不能下去，匝道早已關閉，但是酒店沒有互通，讓人感覺就是為了讓我訂酒店才説可以去遊玩，這點非常不好，希望一個景區的情況不管那個工作人員可以互通訊息，避免造成不必要的誤會。
好在呀諾達吊橋靠出口處的工作人員（應該是一個年輕的保安兄弟）態度非常好，耐心解釋，陪同下去一點點滿足小盆友心願，保障安全，值得點贊👍
總的來説，酒店值得推薦，住酒店遊玩非常方便。

酒店就坐落在景區的最中心在熱帶雨林裏面，環境非常好，有一個不大不小的游泳池游泳池邊上有一個醫療池，還有兩個温泉池，雖然是鄰里的酒店，但是硬件也很好，店的服務也很好，送了小孩一個景區門票帶的行李箱幫着提到了二樓上面，還有一點非常好的事，酒店晚上有一個雨林夜遊的項目非常特殊

房間基本上能達到內地全季酒店水準，考慮到深山裡，不錯了。有個淺淺的游泳池，小朋友晚上唯一的樂趣了。一開始覺得酒店這麼好的位置，為啥有點冷清，不過入住後，慢慢理解了，酒店的遊玩設計雜亂且服務意識過於淡薄，體驗感嚴重缺失。其實呀諾達的遊玩項目極有趣味，硬生生被僵化的軍事化管理給拉低了很多。對了，蚊子🦟太太太多了，進來玩的朋友一定要自備防蚊膏。
