Very beautiful and huge property. We had a villa with private hot spring which was an amazing experience for New Years Eve.
Breakfast quite Chinese but very nice noodles.
The whole place is vast and partly looks a bit old, but clean enough and the room was clean. At the breakfast restaurant they had some renovations going on.
Service was a bit limited by lack of staff due to current covid outbreak but the staff on duty were working tirelessly to make up for the lack of people.

The room was large, clean, and private. The service was fantastic. I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered. There was a dedicated butler. A sightseeing shuttle was available for transportation to the room, and it was easy to get one during off-peak hours. The breakfast noodles were especially delicious. The service at this hotel is truly excellent! The bathroom was a pleasure to use even when washing up in the morning.

There was a problem with the room we were not recommended to stay in. They moved us to another room, but the bed we moved to was full of termite wings and small bugs crawling around. Ctrip negotiated an upgrade to a room, but the water in the bathroom would flow out as soon as it was turned on. It was difficult. The room is ok, not too trendy! To be honest, I came here just to soak in the hot springs, but I was disappointed. There were separate pools for men and women. After entering, the stench was terrible. They were all naked and sat in the pool while soaking and scrubbing. The hot spring was turned into a big bathhouse in Northeast China. There was a layer of dust floating in the pool water, full of mosquitoes. The child soaked for half an hour and was bitten all over the body. There was no disinfection at all! This is not a vacation, it's just suffering! A few hundred yuan, the price of a five-star hotel, but enjoying the service of a guesthouse! It's so disgusting, I will never come again, I am just a sucker! The experience is too bad!
