The hotel is ok as a whole, and the price is really not cheap! In addition, the sound insulation effect of KTV is not good. You can hear the sound of the sound in the middle of the night on the 10th floor, which affects the rest. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are not good. It is encountering the convention and exhibition center for activities. It looks messy and is incongruous with a hotel with such an expensive fee!

The front desk service is warm, friendly, and sincere, and we have upgraded the room type. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and good hygiene. The breakfast is rich and worth recommending.

Birthday in BaoJi: The Swisstouches Hot Spring Hotel property is nice and involves a Master Plan for “In Tang Dream Town” development. I enjoyed my room spa enough, but there are bath houses, steam rooms, and a spa. I chose to eat dinner in my room and kept to room service for breakfast.
The sleeping is comfortable and the walk with photos. There is a book room, cafe, and some restaurants. I saw a Lego store, but not a gift shop. Multitude of tea houses.
Stayed just one night. An hour from xX’an by train plus 30 minutes to drive. The car ride is 90 minutes from west Xi’an. Lots of families here and property investors. Decor is lovely, there’s shuttle service, and walking areas. Note: Construction in area. Culture block down the street open at night.

The natural environment is good, it is a good place to feel relaxed physically and mentally. The room was clean and all the staff service was very good and very warm. Three meals can be added at will, making people feel that the rhythm of not finishing at all, so full, good taste, fresh ingredients. Drinks on one wall are free to drink, there are many types, and there are many small snacks like fish and potato chips. When you check out, the room supplies are packed in a large bag, and you will also help you drink on the road. The service is really impeccable. Personally feel that the bedside table is too short, it is not convenient to take things, if the room has a full-body full-length mirror, it is better to put things on multiple tables.

GGuest UserFor the May Day trip to Taibai Mountain, Qilin Mansion saved my mood (I had booked Taibai Meihao Lizhi Hotel 10 days in advance, but I was furious when communicating with her and almost cancelled the trip to Taibai. My previous slogan of choosing Meihao as the first choice for business trips was severely slapped in the face. I will tell you more about the details when I have the chance. In short, I will never go to Taibai Mountain Meihao Lizhi Hotel again in this lifetime. The biggest problem with changing hotels at the last minute is that the price is too high. Thanks to the customer service lady of Ctrip who understood my situation and mood and gave me the biggest subsidy, which reduced my cost. Thank you very much!). Back to the point, we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 in the afternoon. It was drizzling. There were 3 or 4 security guards holding umbrellas at the entrance of the hotel to help direct parking and hold umbrellas. Their attitude was very good 👍. After checking in, we entered the room (a parent-child room booked by a family of three). The room was large enough, the bathtub was deep and clean, and there was a tent next to it. It felt very good. After checking the time, we quickly changed clothes and went to the hot spring (accommodating guests can soak in the hot spring an unlimited number of times). The hot spring has two major indoor and outdoor areas. It was drizzling and the outdoor area felt beautiful. Although it was the May Day holiday, we could basically find empty pools outdoors, which had both beautiful scenery and a certain degree of privacy. We took a red wine bath and an angelica bath, and took a bunch of beautiful photos of the baby. By the way, there is also a swimming pool outdoors for swimming. The indoor pool is a large pool with massages of various water currents. The water bar has self-service fruits and unlimited drinks. We also played three games of billiards with a temporary opponent (1 win and 2 losses 😂). In short, I give the hot spring 5 points. In addition, the hotel's buffet breakfast impressed me the most. It is no exaggeration to say that it is comparable to the standard of a 5-star hotel, comparable to Sheraton. I just don't know if it is of this standard on weekdays. If it is, it would be quite amazing. The only drawback is that the price is a bit expensive, but the hotels around the scenic area are not cheap during the short holiday! That's all.

CCameo19During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance.
The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service.
Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained.
Best hotel in the city for sure.

The location of the hotel is also OK, it's very lively when you drive across the bridge.
The staff was very welcoming. Tina at the front desk even gave snacks to the children. Thank you very much.
The hotel swimming pool is very clean and crowded, but it is a bit deep and not suitable for a novice like me.
The only thing is that the room is not soundproof.
