During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

A great hotel, the actual experience matches the pictures on Ctrip, and parking is convenient. We stayed on the 23rd floor, with a view of the Wei River, the largest tributary of the Yellow River that flows through the city. The bedding in the room was very good, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area for a dry and wet separation. Bottled water was available on the table in the elevator area on each floor. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the noodles were delicious. The ”One Bowl of Spicy Oil” hot pot restaurant recommended by the receptionist was excellent, and the receptionist was polite, warm, and understanding. Overall, a great new hotel, five stars.

The room is equipped with voice intelligent control, no matter what you can't open your hands, you can just move your mouth and shout Xiaodu. 3️⃣ Service is a real plus item, every young lady is super cute 🥰, the service is very attentive. I also helped me upgrade the room type for free on the last night! The hotel will help guests wash clothes, and after washing, they will let the ”robot” 🤖 be delivered to the door of the room. The hotel's location is excellent, a mere 15-minute walk from the large Yintai shopping mall. While the facilities are a bit dated, they generally meet the Holiday Inn Express standard. The breakfast, however, is a standout; it's noticeably superior to other hotels in the same category. Their specialty noodle dishes were particularly delicious. Staff were generally friendly and enthusiastic, but seemed a little slow to react. The absolute worst aspect was the Wi-Fi. It was abysmal – seemingly operating on a single, centralized network. Even switching to mobile data, the signal in the room was poor, and the problem remained unresolved. Overall, it offers decent value for money. However, if you rely on a stable internet connection, especially for work, I'd advise you to seriously reconsider this hotel.
