酒店位置很好，就在東湖對面，大堂很大氣，前台接待員態度好，房間挺大，設施舊了些，但服務在線，餐廳出品很好，停車也方便。

門口大廳可能因為颳風，比較臟，大廳闊氣，前台服務意識有待提高，房間大，寬敞，水龍頭水小的出奇，淋浴水小的讓人抓狂，早上服務員對講機把人吵得睡不着，建議帶耳麥，這點也可以看出酒店統一服務意識比較差，如果不是因為老闆欠薪或者工資低，建議開除酒店主管，整頓一下，服務配不上那麼好的硬件設施
