首先酒店地理位置很好，離直隸總督府和蓮花池都很近，步行就可以到達
其次房間衞生乾淨，床品舒適
尤其當班接待小姐姐服務周到，看到我們有長者直接升級房間並安排靠近居民樓的安靜陽面房，非常感謝

前台服務熱情，就是退房的時候區別對待了，很不舒服，客服保潔短頭髮一個女的，態度不好。沒有給打掃房間，不滿意。床品有破損，也沒有給及時更換。

非常滿意，服務很好，前台小姐姐很熱情，酒店位置在市中心，不管是購物還是出行都很方便，酒店離周圍的景點都很近，像西大街，直隸總督署，古蓮花池都很近，酒店內設有免費的停車場住宿人員停車免費。
