Excellent location beside the ski road with car parking. Comfortable and clean rooms. Decent breakfast at the restaurant and spa facilities for apres ski. Not to forget the friendly staff at the reception as well as at the ski rental shop.
It will be perfect if the restaurant also serves ala carte menu for dinner with local dishes instead of only set menu catered for British tourist.

Though read some nasty reviews online, I booked it anyways.
The hotel is indeed a bit old, but very modern, clean and well maintained!
The room was great, fully modern, clean, with new shower and awesome bed!
The staff is very polite and helpful.
WiFi needs an upgraded... I got an eSIM...

We had a great holiday. Cleanliness of the rooms, location of the hotel, attention to detail, reliability, features, friendliness of the reception in the restaurant and bar section. You feel like you are eating in a luxury restaurant. Thank you to everyone, from the cook to the entire staff, for the friendliness of the staff and the seriousness with which they do their job.

My family and I stayed at the MPM Hotel Sport for a ski trip over the Easter holidays. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were very helpful when we had any questions. We opted for the half board (breakfast and dinner) and we certainly weren’t left hungry! The buffet breakfast was very comprehensive and we filled up well before the day’s skiing and the evening meal (of 4 courses - salad, soup, main and desert) was certainly enough to re-fill after a full day on the slopes. The pool and spa facilities were great too. If you’re a gym goer like I am, you’ll be disappointed in the gym facilities, but that’s the only thing I could complain about. Overall, a great stay and great first trip to Bulgaria. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return to this hotel and Bansko in general.

Absolutely fantastic, brilliant location, lovely staff, food is a good mix between traditional Bulgarian and modern food . 2 min walk to the gondola (that's with 2 under 10s), 10 min walk to shops and old town. Really couldn't have asked for a better stay

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish—highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere! Yoana was truly wonderful—friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. She even surprised us with champagne, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. If you go, definitely ask for Yoana—you won’t regret it!

Really welcoming hotel that is perfectly positioned next to the ski slopes and gondola. Rooms were clean, nice bathroom and nice to have a balcony. We also enjoyed the spa and the massages after a days skiing. All the staff were really nice and welcoming.

Great high end feeling lobby, bar and dining area over looking the ski road and with views of the mountains. Friendly staff who offered Champaign on arrival and took bags to the room. Rooms are clean, comfortable and meet expectations. Hotel is right next to the gondola and very close to the main town. Overall a very nice hotel and great value for money, if anything I've under sold it. we will definitely be coming back.
