Берут деньги за номер люкс, но предоставляют совсем не то за что заплачено, говорят поздно приехали. И вообще нет такого номера как мы вам продали, берите то что есть или идите ищите что то другое. Персонал грубый на все мои вопросы почему мне не предоставляют номер который я оплатил, человек за стойкой начинал кричать

Un petit hôtel très sympa, bien situé à proximité d’un jolie parc et du centre ville très animé avec des restos partout . Station de ski mais l’été c’est très mignon aussi.L’hôtel est entouré de maisons avec jardins, potagers. Seul bémol le chant des coqs qui commence à 5h15 . On avait une terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Le petit déjeuner a 9h était un peu léger.

L'hôtel Martin est un joli établissement de type montagnard pas trop grand à proximité du centre de Bansko où se trouve les maisons typiques. Accueil correct. Les étages sont en demi-palier donc l'ascenseur ne desservira pas nécessairement votre étage à proprement parler ce qui peut être contraignant quand on est chargé ou si on a des difficultés à se déplacer. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Il y a un plateau de courtoisie ce qui est appréciable sans compter le peignoir et les slippers. La salle de bain est un peu petite avec un manque de rangement. La literie est bonne. Un peu déçu par le petit-déjeuner car un choix limité mais peut-être est-ce dû à la période (fin septembre/début octobre). Néanmoins, c'est une adresse agréable qui doit connaitre plus d'action lors de la saison de ski.
