The hotel was nothing special. We were on an all-inclusive package. What we liked the most was the breakfast. Lunch and dinner were quite bad. My boyfriend and I are not picky when it comes to food, yet we were very disappointed. One evening there was a themed Greek night — it was more or less okay — but the Bulgarian night was shocking. We ended up having bread, salami, and cheese for dinner. The food was terrible. Very greasy, tough meat, and very little variety. It was the same things over and over (Margherita pizza, spaghetti). The pizza was served constantly and was only one type — extremely greasy and tasteless. Some of the outlets in the room didn’t work. The furniture was old, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The pool has warm water, which is nice. Outside, there weren’t enough sun loungers given the warm weather. You have to get up at 7 in the morning to grab a sunbed in the sun. There isn’t enough space outside for more loungers. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but we definitely wouldn’t go back. What disappointed us the most was the food.

I had the pleasure of staying at St. George Bansko with my fiancée this week to celebrate her birthday, and I can't recommend it enough! Everything was perfect. The hotel has a convenient ski storage room, which made it so easy to store our ski equipment. They also provided shuttle services to the gondola, which was really helpful. The breakfast was excellent – a wide variety of delicious options. The manager responsible for the breakfast service went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and took care of every little request we had. To top it all off, the hotel surprised us for my fiancée's birthday with a lovely gesture, and I'll be sharing a picture of that special moment. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to return in the future! Lior

С первых минут пребывания в отеле, мы почувствовали заботу и хорошее отношение. Просторный апартамент , со всем необходимым,.SPA- jacuzzi, арома-сауна,солянная сауна, бассейн, массаж- все это отлично помогало расслабиться после катания на лыжах.А питание просто превосходное: качественное и разнообразное. Думаем приехать ещё.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we felt very good. The accommodation and food were very good, the room was very warm, the staff was friendly, the prices were affordable, the spa service was good, the pool was heated, the ski slope was excellent. A nice and clean little town. I recommend it.

Average to good because the spa was NOT good. Very small pool area for residents with a strange smell. Very few seats around the pool. Only children are allowed to use the pool, which makes you suspicious about its cleanliness. Good sauna but the rest was not working properly. However, the food was excellent! But their English outside of reception, poor! Good room.
