The town of Razlog lies in Razlog Valley between Pirin Mountains to the south and the Rila Mountains to the north. Bansko is a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Pirin mountains where the highest peak is Vihren (2914 metres). The apartment is located about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the main ski lift. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was more than comfortable for 4 people to sleep, cook and live comfortably. The spa under the apartments is great for those days when you want a break from the slopes and the restaurant is also worth a visit. The apartment is modern, clean and very well appointed. Two bathrooms in this two bed apartment is a real bonus for privacy and getting everyone ready and out - which for skiing can be early. Location was perfect for us with a 10 minute walk to the very centre of Bansko and the Gondola and with a great authentic restaurant just round the corner. The penthouse benefits from 2 levels and 2 balconies, upper and lower levels both south facing. The studio is separate, attached on the lower level. This studio has a kitchenette, dedicated bathroom and access to the lower balcony. The cost per night is for the whole penthouse on both floors, 138 sqm in total with an additional attached studio. ** There are No extra charges, all utilities and bills included in the price ** The apartment space consists of the main living room area with dining table for 6, double sofa that converts to a bed if required, open fire and a fully working kitchen with equipment. Next to the main living room is a studio apartment with its own access lockable partition, its own Bath/Toilet, kitchenette and shared balcony with the main living room giving the group that little bit more privacy and independence if needed. Upstairs from the main living room is a large bedroom with shower/toilet room, double bed and double sofa bed and large balcony. Building access: The apartment is accessed through the main reception area, up the lift to the top floor then left just outside the lift is the apartment door. We are available if needed by messages or call but give our guests space to enjoy their holiday! Neighbours/other apartment owners are a welcomed sight, mainly in school holidays. This building was designed as a Apart Hotel but is being run as an apartment block. There are more than enough restaurants in town to explore and if you require the use of a swimming pool/spa facilities. These can be used in most Hotels by non residents or having a spa day in the next village is a great day out to relax and in expensive. What tends to work best is. Get your ski hire sorted day one then each day have a steady 10 min walk up to the ski shop to collect your gear and get changed, leave you walking shoes there then onto the Gondola.
