The hotel itself was pretty nice. There were slight cleanliness issues on the first two nights but as soon as I told the front desk they took it very seriously. I really appreciated the staffs friendliness and urgent response to my requests. The breakfast buffet was alright, it had everything you’d need and expect from a standard hotel breakfast with a mix of Asian and western options. The location is very good, central and safe. I definitely found it pretty easy to get around. The room is a little smaller than I expected but it’s comfortable and cozy enough that it doesn’t really matter, especially if you’re a single traveler. The TV is equipped with Netflix and other entertainment services, and quite modern overall. I had a lovely stay but with just a bit more attention to detail I think it would’ve been perfect!

Really a nice room, when you booked the room, the worker there will send you the message about the preference requirement. I told them no corner room and they followed as I said, I'm satisfied with that.
The reception do speak Mandarin and English, kind and friendly. Room was big enough for me, and has a safe deposit box. Also a platform at my room, I could use the hangers in the room to hang up my clothes.

Hotel is clean, receptionists are helpful, located in quiet environment, but the wifi is super super slow so I have to buy mobile data package from AIS which costs me extra charges. No cold water but only hot and warm water available.

Very good hotel with awesome staff very good !
Very clean
The only things that for me were kind of bizarre.
Prohibited smoking on the balcony, so one morning we get out of the hotel there were like 10 people smoking outside and we had to pass through a cloud of smoke to get out of the hotel.
If people smoke on the balcony the don't bother anyone.

The hotel was kinda far from the nearest bts station, but it was walkable if you don't perspiring like a pig (during the day)
The hotel was generally clean. The housekeepers looked like they hated their jobs, but they still did well to clean the room. Although, they only ”make” the rooms at 5pm, for my case, which i found it odd to the point that I did not like because it was an inconvenient timing.
Reception where better. They were friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience with Mr. Wut, Ms. Fah, and Ms. Nokky — all very kind and helpful! Communication in English was smooth and easy throughout the stay.
On the way here, I accidentally left my phone in a taxi. They patiently helped me communicate and search for it, which I’m really grateful for.
They also recommended an airport taxi service that’s even cheaper than Grab — very practical and thoughtful advice.
Great service, warm people. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

A comfortable and convenient location. There is a seven eleven nearby everywhere and it is easy to get to the park within walking distance. There is a gel and shampoo in the shower. There is air conditioning in the room and a special light separate for each bed. There is a karaoke bar downstairs and you can also have a drink
