The best hotel with excellent service. The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating.
The hotel is clean and spacious. The location is also good and close to Chatuchak Market, nearby the public transportation and it is accessible.
We had a great stay and it is superb. I personally recommend this hotel.
It was a very pleasant stay, with a convenient location that's not far from anywhere. However, the nearest MRT station, Phahonyothin 24, is about a 30-minute walk away and the road junctions nearby made it a bit noisy while sleeping.
Tip: If you're looking to avoid the high cost of traveling from the airport to central Bangkok, consider taking the new Dark Red SRT line to/from Don Mueang Airport, which only costs about 50 baht.
Place is good but quite far from market areas and other tourist attractions in bangkok yet can book a taxi via apps and it is very convenient. The Hotel staffs are great and they are very active in addressing guest requests. So far my stay for 2 nights was great and i like the room its spacious and clean though quite old (need to upgrade). So far so good👍!

Beautiful hotel. 33 floor Roof top environment decoration very nice .got restaurant and gym swimming pool.
Free 2 welcome drinks and 1 15% F&B discount vouchers .
Restaurant also had provided free snack。
Very big room .
Delicious food and drink .
From Ari BTS station walking to hotel about 10 minutes.
Hotel downstairs got Starbucks 7 eleven and restaurant coffee shop.
Located at Central department shopping mall LadPau. Have supermarket and a big food court and restaurants for good eats. Have a big garden and swimming pool. Close to BTS can go to more shopping malls such as Emporium, One and many more. Room type junior suite is the best not expensive with good value for money.
Location slightly out of the city centre but is located beside the train station. There is a mall nearby. The room is comfortable, especially the bed and nice views of the city. The only downside is the water heater as the water temperature can change abruptly from extremely hot to cold. The rooftop pool is great to just unwind. Highly recommended if you prefer somewhere quiet but with easy accessibility. There is also a 7 eleven on the 1st floor.
We arrived at 8pm and was greeted with a smile. Rge room was average buy clean. The breakfast Is good and plentiful. The swimming pool is great on the roof of rhe hotel with great views of Bangkok. A good stay for one night.
Hotel staff is great, friendly people like most Thai people are! Hotel itself isn’t that good. It’s pretty cheap so expect that you get what you pay for. The balcony doors are locked, the rooms gets hot and humid and the only source for fresh air is the LOUD air conditioning! The mattress is real small, and really light and a source for upcoming back problems. I would recommend this hotel to backpackers, or people on a low budget.
The location is excellent, with BTS Sanam Pao Station just a 3-minute walk away and the nearest convenience store within 3 minutes as well.
The amenities are fairly basic, consisting of cotton swabs, a shower cap, and soap. The shower features tube-style shampoo and body soap.
Inside the room, there’s a slightly worn hairdryer (better than none), an electric kettle, instant coffee powder, and tea bags. A safety box is available, and there are two bottles of water in the fridge.
The room offers free Wi-Fi and a smart TV, though it lacks USB ports.
Overall, the convenience is excellent.
While I’m sure the towels have been well-maintained, I would recommend replacing the worn-out bath towels and those shedding lint, as well as the old hairdryer, in the near future.
Supper nice location, 3 mins walk to JJ market, love that, only thing is the road from hotel to JJ market is a bit dark at night. Other than that, location is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Room is simple and clean, matters is comfort as normal Best Western hotel group. towel is a bit old.
Air conditioner have bad smell when the temperature higher than 21 degree. Have to keep lower temperature to avoid bed smell.
Breakfast is simple and cover everything you need in morning. Omelette is nice.

AAnonymous UserGood service staff, elevator, shared refrigerator, shared iron, coffee and Ovaltine available. Clean room. The only complaint is the mirror that is in line with the bed and the lights. Overall, everything is good. It is quiet at night. It is next to 7-11. Convenient transportation.
GGuest UserIt's good value for money and really clean. I wanted to see other areas of Bangkok, so I stayed there and was really satisfied! The reception staff was friendly and the area was quiet!
CCHEONG HONGWalk from Ari BTS was quite a distance if you are carrying lots of luggage, approx 15mins walk. Checking in was smooth, but reception could improve. Explain about what they have, where is the pool etc. And what facilities or amenities included. Example, they have drinking water dispenser. The corridor to the rooms is dim and seems eerie at times. Not sure if they aiming for prohibition times era. Room was clean, toilet clean. Pool was nice but had to ask for bath towels from cafe staff. Also, wanted to order drinks by pool, no menu, nobody serve. Had to go back of kitchen to ask for menu. No happy hour rates. Drinks were limited. No cocktails, just wine and spirits. Drinks were expensive. Mixers like tonic has separate charge. Pay cash after order, cannot charge to room. Breakfast was alacarte and it was great. Checkout smooth, no offer to call for grab or help to carry luggage. No customer service at all. Just here for a night stay. Has lots of potential but staff not motivated.
YYjonengVery new and clean hotel. The location was a bit out skirt of town but nearby have many Wat (temple). Car park have full time security and they are very kind & observant. Swimming pool & restaurant at ground floor, Lobby at level 2. The building very unique design and feel safe & comfortable. 15 minutes to Chatuchak weekend market & union mall, surrounding also have spa / massage shop. Location of hotel quite convenient and easy to find.
AAnonymous UserFront desk service is v good n excellent .
Shuttle transport is fr 9am to 7pm every two hr interval. Nearby there is a cafe n 7-11. Street vendors n we loved the banana crepe cost $40 baht. Within hotel there is massage shop n cafe n hair salon.
Room r spacious n what u see is what u get although tv limited English channels which is np.
We walked to bts (15-20mins walk) if we miss the shuttle timing n found there is a morning local weekday only market to try out some local food we liked. Bolt cost $80 baht fr hotel to nearest bts
This is a hotel we will revisit as it's within our budget for a week stay to destress!!
Don't bother go jodd fair night market as we r disappointed w the trip there as limited stalls n prices r expensive
GGuest UserGood points- the hostel is near the Mochit bus station and is easily accessible from DMK. The private room I booked was spacious.
Other points to consider- the bed was 2 mattresses on the floor (no problem with this, just something to bear in mind when considering the cost). It was unclear whether the shower rooms was gender neutral or for a specific gender. As a solo female traveller, I would prefer not to accidentally end up in the men's shower room. There was a light outside the window which was turned on at about 10 o'clock. It meant that it was a bit confusing when I woke up a couple of times in the night as the light made it appear as if it was early morning.
There's also some building work going on outside the hostel (there wasn't any noise from the site at night time or anything like that) but some signs would be useful to help people know where to go when trying to find the hostel.
HHAOWENIt’s very warm. The reception is young and fashionable. The guests in one room are also very high-quality. The rooms are small and well-equipped. The public toilets are clean and there is a place for breakfast.
GGuest UserThere was no choice but to stay here during the New Year's Eve. The budget was 300-400 yuan, and the other prices were ridiculously high. But the normal prices here are suitable for the facilities here. The service is good, and the people are very nice. It's just that the facilities are too poor, but the normal prices are not expensive. I think it's just over 100 yuan. The most outrageous thing I encountered was the bed sheets, quilts and sheets (the sheets are used as quilt covers). I couldn't find the end after turning them around 😂 But it's a good thing that it's like this. I asked for another quilt and used this bed sheet, quilt and sheets as a mattress. Otherwise, the iron wire of the mattress would hurt, and I couldn't lie on my side, so I had to lie flat. But at least it's better than a youth hostel, I think
หหนึ่ง40After Kovic is quite lonely, there are very few guests, the owner is thinking about closing down, can't fight, the room is quite old, but if the length of stay is short, overall okay.
