Opposite to icon Siam and next to the BTS golden line so quite convenient. But if you are going to other shopping area it will take quite some time.
Hotel rooms can see part of the river view( lower level block by icon Siam so guess higher floor can have a better view). Was able to see the fireworks from the room which is great!
Breakfast is ok but not that great as compare to other 4/5 star hotel. The swimming pool is pretty small. Good thing is you can see sunset from the lift lobby’s window. Sunrise can be seen from my room too.
Service is ok and other amenities is quite basic.
My holiday in Bangkok was made even more memorable thanks to my stay at Cascade Hotel Bangkok. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable, with staff who were incredibly friendly and professional.
The room I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and modern. The plush bed and the tranquil atmosphere ensured I woke up refreshed every morning. The large windows offered a stunning view of Bangkok, especially at night when the city lights sparkled beautifully.
One of the highlights of the hotel is its open-air restaurant with breathtaking city views. Dining there was an unforgettable experience. Every dish I tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients.
The hotel’s location is also a major advantage, just steps away from a BTS station. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I could easily access tourist attractions, shopping centers, and popular restaurants throughout Bangkok.
Other amenities, such as the serene swimming pool and fast Wi-Fi, added to the overall comfort of my stay. Everything was well-organized and thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Cascade Hotel Bangkok. Exceptional service, a stunning open-air restaurant, and a strategic location make this a hotel I’d love to return to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Bangkok.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location along the Chao Phraya River offers breathtaking views, especially from the rooftop bar and river-facing rooms. The seamless check-in process and warm hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel boasts excellent dining options, including a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of international and local selections. The Executive Lounge is also a great perk, offering a relaxing space with superb service. One of the highlights is the hotel’s easy access to the ICONSIAM shopping mall via the complimentary shuttle boat—an added convenience that makes exploring the area effortless. The pool area is another standout, providing a serene oasis in the heart of the city.
Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist, making my stay truly special. Whether you’re visiting Bangkok for business or leisure, the Millennium Hilton is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at Peninsula Bangkok!
Location, services, atmosphere and foods, everything was great. Definitely one night was not enough and looking forward to staying again sometime soon.
I had a wonderful stay at The Quarter Chaophraya by UHG. The hotel is beautifully located near the Chao Phraya River with easy access to ICONSIAM, the BTS station, and ferry piers. It’s a perfect spot for both business and leisure travelers.
The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing atmosphere. If you can, go for a river-view room — the sunrise and sunset views are stunning!
The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, offering a panoramic view of the river and the city skyline. The fitness center and sauna are also well-equipped and maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of both Thai and international options.
Staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Bangkok. I will definitely come back!
So I will be honest with you, this hotel is really good for the price and it’s really convenient for people who are looking to visit ICONSIAM, but people who will be going to the city and asok might have difficulty cause it’s a bit far.
The hotel is clean and the room are spacious and fine.
Yet I had a bad experience when entering the hotel, i called them twice and informed them whether I can check in early at 3AM, they agreed but said I have to pay 500bhat for it, I agreed and I asked my Thai gf to call them the day after just to double check if they didn’t understand my English properly, they said yes for sure.
When i came I wasn’t able to check in at that time cause they didn’t inform one another. It was along flight honestly and I needed some sleep, in the end they let me check in around 5:30AM.
I had a great stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Since I was here for a concert, we mainly needed a place to rest, and this hotel had all the necessary amenities.
Just a heads up, check in is on the second floor, while the drop off/pick up point is on the first floor.
Thank you!
One of the biggest strengths of Away Bangkok Riverside is its spacious rooms, which are a rare find along Charoen Nakhon Road. If you’re looking for a place with larger-than-average accommodations, this hotel is a great choice.
While there aren’t many shops nearby, there is a 7-Eleven just a 5-minute walk away on the main road, making it convenient for snacks, drinks, or essentials. The soi can be a bit dark at night, but it feels safe, and I appreciated that there were no stray dogs in the area.
A major highlight of this hotel is the buffet breakfast. The variety is impressive, and what sets it apart is the live cooking station, where the chef can prepare fresh noodles or eggs to your preference—something you’d typically expect from a 4- or 5-star hotel. I truly enjoyed my breakfast experience here.
Another great feature is the many photo-worthy spots throughout the hotel, perfect for capturing memories.
Overall, Away Bangkok Riverside offers great value, especially for those who appreciate spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast spread. A solid choice for a relaxing stay in Bangkok!
The Hotel is walkable from BTS station. They offer a 24 hour check in and check out services. They are located in the sea of thai local food and there is a temple near them . They actually change our bedding and towels everyday and replace our complimentary water everyday which is a big plus for us. They are taking out the garbage everyday. The room is not actually big but can accommodate all our needs. Their curtains are black out curtains 🤭 which is very important to our kid.
The elevator is functional and clean. Everything was so perfect. It is very near asiatique, icon siam, wat arun, wat pho. Just take a bts train. The staff is very polite. Even the corrigdors are clean!
The environment is very safe and quiet. There is a 7/11 just in front of the hotel. They also do car servicing. Definitely will book this again or will reccommend it to others.
Hotel is basically very good.
Breakfast superb.
Take note hotel is 15-20min walk from nearest Train Station, taking Grab/Taxi may be added expense.
Room is good size, but NO VENTILLATION.
You cannot control AC, air hits your head.
No exhaust at toilet/shower, basically air cannot circulate. Not good for guests with respiratory problems. Told staff about this but they said it is normal.

Outstanding
GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is good, it's only ten minutes away from Siam Idol. There is basically no sun on the road. When you arrive at Siam Idol, you can choose to take a boat to Chinatown or the Grand Palace. Patpong Night Market is not recommended. Chinatown Night Market is recommended. The prices are clearly marked. It is recommended to take a motorcycle for travel. You can also go to see the scenery on the roof of Pixel Building. The hotel environment is at least not bad. The quilts and towels are clean and quiet. You can rest well at night. I highly recommend it. The boss is also very nice, the service is very enthusiastic and patient (because I can't understand Thai, the boss uses translation software and doesn't seem impatient). Good value for money.
XXiaozinannanThis hotel is a temporary place for our family to stay after leaving Bangkok. The reason for choosing this hotel is not only the low price, but also the most important reason is the iconsiam shopping mall across the street. The children want to go to the naughty castle there to play. It is very convenient to live here. It is only a 3-5 minute walk away. I wrote a review for this hotel because it seems that few people have reviewed it from before I stayed until now. I can give it 4 stars based on my conscience. The room is indeed too small, and the shower head cannot be removed, but the cleanliness and service attitude are still worth the price of 200+ a night. All in all, it is still a small hotel with good value for money
DDr.AKM Zayedul HaqueGood hotel near Icon Siam. A bit off bustling Bangkok. Rooms are clean & spacious. Much cheaper than similar hotels in Siam or Sukumvit. You can easily take boat tour from Sathorn or river cruise from IconSiam. Grand palace, Wat Arun is also kilometers away. I recommend this hotel.
KKhant Gi Mont TipI recently stayed at U sabai hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service and a delightful experience.
55.730It is my first time staying in Charoen Nakhon. The hostel is converted shophouse providing truly homey atmosphere with all decorations and facilities.
The neighbourhood is lively and lovely surrounded with local residents, shops and food vendors at night.
Travellers with big luggages are not recommended as carrying up to narrow stairs (4th to 5th floor).
GGuest UserThis is a review for a follow-up stay, because the hotel is in an excellent location (next to the Peninsula Hotel). If you exit the BTS on the other side of the Chao Phraya River, you need to walk to the lower right floor and take the Orange Line ferry for NT$5, which will take you directly to the pier on the other side, then walk 200 meters along the small park and the wall for about 5 minutes to arrive.
Both the front desk service and the public space on the second floor (which provides a coffee machine, sofa, TV and self-service laundry and drying) are very convenient.
It takes 15 minutes to walk to Icon, which is only 750 meters away. There is a 7-11 convenience store 200 meters away from the hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are too noisy and the sound insulation is poor. In the room can hear the sound of water being pumped from the toilet floor drain, and the air conditioning is also very loud during operation, which is really unfriendly to people with shallow sleep. The hotel environment is good, but the first floor is being renovated these days and it's not very noisy. There is a young man with thick eyebrows and big eyes at the front desk who provides excellent service, is very enthusiastic and proactive. The service score is for that guy!! The other front desk staff are not very good. They play and smile at people from European and American countries, giving people the impression of discriminating against Asian faces! There are instructions posted on the table in the room, saying that if you need to clean, please hang a sign on the door handle. That day, I hung the sign on the outside door handle and waited for a long time without anyone coming to clean! The hotel is located on a small path, with several 711 nearby. Turn right at the hotel and keep walking along the small road. There is a fried chicken restaurant next to 711 that is quite delicious, and there are also several restaurants for eating and drinking next to 711. It is very close to the bus station and subway station, and can be reached within a few minutes' walk. It is very close to Icon Siam, two or three kilometers away.
Overall, the hotel environment is clean and not suitable for people with light sleep.
AAnonymous UserIf you get a room with a river view on the Long side You will see a boat in the river. If you have a view of the river from another angle, there will be trees blocking the view. The hotel is next to the water in a deep alley. Suitable for quiet relaxation. No need to go anywhere.
AAnonymous UserStayed on the 6th floor. The bathroom drained slowly. The floor and bed felt dusty and unclean. The alley is deep inside, but the view from the room is very beautiful. It is next to the Chao Phraya River. The reception staff provided good service.
