Booked 4 rooms. However 2 of the rooms assigned were old and scary.

Convenient transportation, just a few minutes walk to MRT/BTS.
It is a small hotel that is not new. The room is different from the photo. The bathroom may have a smell of water pipes because of the old pipes. There are no other problems and every staff member I met is very friendly.

It's close to Sukhumvit MRT station. There's a convenience store in the opposite direction from the station. It's right behind Terminal 21, so the location is great.
The building is old, so the facilities are a bit lacking.
The rooms are very spacious and great!
There are two air conditioners. There was a problem with the water drainage from the air conditioners, as it was dripping into the room like a leak, but it might have just been my room. I didn't mention it because I was only staying one night, but the staff were very kind.
The view from the roof is amazing! There is also an office and sauna. It's nice to have a beer on the roof at night!
