This is a light luxury hotel hidden in the center of Bangkok. The transportation is very convenient (Era Buddha, BIG C, and Nana are only 10 minutes' walk away). I have been to Bangkok many times and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
1. Convenient location, close to BTS Phloen Chit station. The very center of shopping, in 10-15 minutes walk you can reach BTS Siam station or Lumpini Park.
2. The hotel is located on the 17-28 floors, beautiful view.
3. Beautiful and very spacious room, excellent soundproofing. Your own coffee machine in the room, I needed it.
4. The hotel building survived the earthquake on 28.03.25, only in some places in the public area the tiles fell off, but in the room on the 27th floor everything was fine. Considering the high floor of the hotel, I think this is an indicator of safety.
5. Breakfast on the 8th floor (and the pool). The continental part of the breakfast is delicious and varied. Thank you for the natural yogurt.
6. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, all my questions were resolved within an hour. Many people know English.
The lighting in the room is comfortable, but one bright lamp for makeup is missing.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sivatel Bangkok Hotel from March 17th to 20th, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our family room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our trip. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shopping and sightseeing opportunities nearby.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Ms. Prissy. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile, and offered great recommendations on where to shop and places to visit within walking distance. Her friendly and bubbly nature made us feel right at home.
