My favorite property, I don’t mind it’s old or poor design, the location is great and mostly the staff service, is so wonderful, just for example on my second day my kettle went out of use. 06:00 am the only person at reception, explain no option to. Hangs on this time until maintenance team will be at work, then he offered me he will boil for me hot water and make a coffee for me, I said I can wait no problem, 10 min later he appears in my room door with a substitute kettle, ain’t it just perfect service.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Access isn't too bad, but it's a bit tiring to walk to Sukhumvit Road. However, if you use a motorbike taxi, it's not a problem.

Good value for money if you're staying multiple nights.
It has everything you need, including a pool, fitness center, and laundry. It's a bit old, but I think it's enough.
The average price for a hotel in Bangkok is 15,000 to 30,000 yen (4 stars or more), so it's cheap and convenient.
I stayed here for 4 days (2 guys) and it cost 5,000 to 7,000 yen per night. I don't think it's suitable for families.

The facilities are old, but the design is well thought out, so the rooms are spacious and you can relax. Unfortunately, the fitness room is old and the equipment hasn't been updated. The service is good.

It's 12 minutes to the BTS station, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 1 minute to the convenience store, and 1 minute to the massage parlor (there are many on the doorstep), so I think it's good value for money.
