A comfortable place to stay with lovely help staff during the daytime. The shuttle cart is helpful for those who find the walk down to the main road. Rooms are a good size and clean. Definitely stay again.

1. The 24-hour front desk service staff were really friendly even though I arrived at 3 AM. All the staff were friendly. So I was touched ㅠㅠ
2. The room condition is clean and above 5-star level. These days, there are many places with strong smells in 3-4 star hotels. They are careful about smoking in all rooms. The cleaning condition is really good.
3. It's a 5-minute walk to Koreatown. However, there is a friendly electric cart driver during the day. It's good.
It's a little scary at night, but there are security guards at the surrounding hotels, so it's okay.
4. It's so quiet. The garden, which feels like a swimming pool in the forest, is the best.
5. It's expensive, but this is the best value for money in terms of 5-star friendliness and cleanliness.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Bai Fern, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Their dedication to excellent service truly made a difference. The hotel is located in a fantastic location and has a great pool, nice relaxing areas, gym and good breakfast, it’s also very peaceful but with a short shuttle ride down the road you are in the centre of the city. I’ve stayed here a few times and will stay again. Staff are very friendly too! I do feel the rooms could do with an update. Smart TV’s, USB ports etc would be a nice addition.

It takes about 12 minutes from the nearest station to the hotel (you have to walk 5-6 minutes down a narrow alley), but they always took me to the station in a mini cart. Also, there was a vacancy, so they upgraded my room. The people at the inn were very kind.
