Hotel lobby area was very clean and kind service. However as soon as I reached room floor the old smoke smell bothered us. And entering the room was about same. Smelly. Bathroom was overlooked dusting so amenities were dusted and mirror area also hair found on the floor and on amenities tray. Also amenities looked like it was from previously placed as it had water damage. They didn’t put new one despite it had water damage on the box so didn’t use them. Air conditioning vent was full of dust yikes. Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Distance to BTS was bit far but they had shuttle so it worked out. Mini mart right in front of hotel and 3-5min walking distance another convenient store. Breakfast was ok. 1/3 of them were Indian good chance to try them out. Next time will try to book something closer to main street as even with shuttle still bit far in from the main street.

The room is big, booked on short notice, the service is great, but unfortunately you can't delay check-out, the room is dark, but there is a separate office area. I'll consider it next time.

Found the place very central they upgraded all of us to bigger suites so we had 3 rooms next to each other so we stayed longer breakfast is in Michelin star restaurant downstairs for $18, which is unreal overall very happy
