There were 3 couples. We took a 3-room suite. Large. 160 sq.m. with a discount it came out to 10,000 baht per night. The room is of course outdated. The furniture is simple. The kitchen even more so. The shower too. The main thing is that it is clean and doesn't stink.

Good hotel right in the center of Bangkok near Lumpini Park. Clean and beautiful apartments, everything works. It would be nice to have a washing machine in the room, but the hotel has a laundry.

Old, shabby hotel (
We rented an executive suite, having prematurely read on the hotel website that executive suite rooms are on the upper floors and have a view of the park. We were placed on the 23rd floor, but the windows of the "suite" overlooked the wall of the neighboring building. When we asked why the description on the website and the room given to us did not match, we received only smiles.
The rooms require renovation and additional cleaning.
We liked the breakfast.

The hotel is old, the rooms are very dirty, the floor was not washed at all, the doors are so dirty it's just awful, the front door only closed with a latch. We asked for an ironing board and iron, waited half a day. We checked out at 4 am, 6a on the first floor is not a sight for children, stoned guests with *************. Security did not react at all. We booked this hotel only because of the presence of two separate bedrooms in the room, the reviews were different, including positive ones. But I give it 1×

Pro:
1)service is attentive. Staff try to help within their means. Request fr late check out at 1pm instead of 12 noon was granted
2) free coffee n tea in lobby ( pls refer to photo
3) living room spacious and no weird smell.
Con:
1) the bathtub is not fr useless I felt cheated. I even bought sea salt n bubble balls to prepare for a good soak.
2) no curtain at the bathtube this the floor always flooded after one if us shower. Very bad. Install curtains is a must
3) location no good everytime go out has free transport tuktuk car but when coming back u hv to take a cab cos us inside land
4) the body wash n shampoo are lousy.. too watery
5) the toilet flush was very weak. Hv to keep flushing.
Conclusion: will not book again. Due to con more than pro
