I stayed in room 1811, and when I flushed the toilet, the button wouldn't return to its original position, causing a constant running noise. The shower water pressure was a bit low, so the water didn't flow smoothly. However, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The location was great, and it was connected to a department store, so there was a supermarket in the basement and shopping was convenient. Comfortable hotel with a very convenient location. Shopping center with food court and supermarket, market two steps away from the hotel, metro and pier 5 minutes walk. Clean and spacious room. Cleaning is high-quality, no complaints. Breakfast is standard, more focused on Asian cuisine (many dishes that Europeans do not eat for breakfast - soups, hot). A very nice hotel, well-designed and in a very convenient area, but also quieter (though still busy) than the usual, chaotic Nana.
There are two flaws:
1) the interior finishes
Like many other hotels, even medium-high range ones in Thailand, the
room finishes leave a lot to be desired.
