can't cancel or change another date for me due to my son's health issue! I have no choice to cancel my flight and booking but hotel has insisted to charge 100% of my booking without caring and understanding although I have provided hospital documents.

The four star hotel’s service is not good as Marriott bonvoy.
For example, I call the platform:may I have some ice cube? They answer:it needs 50B.
In my impression, it is the first hotel not apply the ice cube for free. So I think the service is not good enough for the star.
The deposit is 1000Bfor one night, so if u book many days, u should prepare enough cash.
The breakfast is 450B or 500B.
The room looks good in pic, but u should prepare the earplug for sleeping. So lucky, I have.
Finally, it is not good, but ok.
