酒店職員服務親切有禮，經過每個職員都會向我打招呼。酒店交通方便，Asok BTS站5號出口直達酒店，下雨天都不用擔心。早餐種類很豐富，一入座職員就會問要喝什麼，點了咖啡後，又問我要不要橙汁，我說好後，兩款飲品都送過來。特別一提，職員送上一整壺咖啡，不只是一杯，毫不吝嗇！
酒店泳池是戶外的，有點叢林的感覺，個人不太喜歡，只有享受了jacuzzi，職員會問你喝什麼，我說不用後也會遞上冰水一杯，很貼心。
唯一美中不足是酒店設施較舊，和健身室不是24小時開放。

As always another fantastic stay at the Sheraton Grande...it is the best hotel in Bangkok...the staff are the hotels greatest asset providing excellent service and always with a smile. They treated us like their family!!.
We dined at the Basil and after complimenting the quality of the food the chef came out to chat with us...what an experience. 🥰
