The service is great. All the waiters can find out what the customers need. My friend sent us to the room, gave us three welcome drinks, an extra set of linens, and a big umbrella on rainy days... The hotel is full of flowers.

這個太棒了，歷史文化有，也在湄南河邊，房間用品都很棒。餐廳也很有調性。是我住過所有文華東方最好的。

The swimming pool also provides free fruits and drinks. In addition, the hotel's gym and spa are on the other side of the river. You can take the hotel's own boat there. This boat can also take you to the icon siam opposite and the nearby BTS station. It is very convenient and saves you a lot of money in downtown Bangkok. Traffic jam time. Finally, the hotel's service is also very good and attentive. I am very grateful to the hotel staff Leo for recommending restaurants to us. Each one is delicious😋. All in all, this experience was very good, and I hope to come back to explore this hotel more carefully if I have the opportunity!

The room and service were both good. The variety of breakfast is not as good as the peninsula next door. Especially for fruits, there is a big gap. Regardless of the shape, quality and variety of fruits, they cannot meet the standards of top hotels. The breakfast experience was average. The room service butler is very warm and considerate, and specially provides equipment for iPhone screen projection.
