This place is way beyond the expectations!
The position is far enough from the main arteries to be sufficiently quiet. No rooms from the road and a very nice view on the skyscrapers.
The personnel is super friendly, smily and helpful, all of them can speak English.
The room is nice, clean and with everything needed for a long stay.
The restaurant and café are nice and cozy, the food is good and fresh at a reasonable price, with 10% discount for the hotel guests!
The breakfast included is delicious and abbundant and their espresso very tasty, served with a glass of water how it supposed to be!
Their rules about smoking are very strict (but i don’t mind) and the walls are a bit thin. I could hear the neighbours chatting sometimes. None of these affected my stay.
There’s a delicious Italian restaurant just next door, worth a try.
I was very, very impressed by the overall service.
I loved staying and i was sad when i left.
This is the first time i give a full 5/5 review, i’m looking forward to come back!

房間算是乾淨，就是太小了。房間的瓶裝水是有數量的，不能多用。位置在鬧市區，比較堵車。距離MRT要走一段時間。服務還是不錯的。

Very comfortable accommodation experience, very stylish hotel, delicious breakfast. Although I stayed for five days and had the same breakfast, it was not too greasy! The staff are very kind! Especially the big brother at the door on the first floor, he was very kind and serious in receiving every guest's luggage! Worthy of praise👍! The location is very close to the MRT, but the way out is a bit difficult to walk!

The service was incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all very nice. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was delicious
Not a lot of choices but pretty good
Sound insulation is not very good
In the morning, when the housekeeping was cleaning other rooms, the noise was quite loud.
There are mosquitoes in the room on the third floor
But the uncle who helped with the luggage on the first floor was very enthusiastic and nice.
