From the minute we walked into the premises, we were attended to straightaway, the doorman or Bellboys whichever you like to call them. Straight away took our luggage out of the taxi for us went to the reception desk everything was explained. When we were taken to our room, I would say, I was very pleasantly surprised it was very neat and tidy everything was there. Of course nothing is perfect there was a few little niggly bits, like the shower there had a very nice chrome shower which when you turned it on the water was coming out as you would like it, accept it was cold next to it you could see they have tried to rectify this and in our room I will imagine must have been done in other rooms as well an electric shower had been installed. I would say this is probably the demand the hotel has had. The breakfast was very good. There was a mixture of things there but catered very much for the Asian taste. Which for me didn't bother me one bit as they say when you're in Rome do as the Romans do! Again the staff were very attentive even there they had a Japanese restaurant which you could go to from 11 o'clock onwards. The location is easy to get. About nothing was too far, maybe half an hour at the most. But obviously, due to Thailand traffic, what could be a half an hour drive ends up as an hour's drive, but that was no fault of their hotel. if I'm back in that area of Bangkok again, I definitely will go to the 12 Residence Hotel.
