12 the Residence Hotel & Apartment

Good location near to the Airport. The room clean and the food nice i like it and always stay here

It should have been 5 starts for sure - most of thing are done just right but some small weird issues influence overall experience - so overall 4 stars. We've stayed 3 nights in 2 visits - convenient location near the airport, aparrtment-type rooms with living area, kitchenette & washing machine in some of the rooms (but not in the others). Overall facilities are done amazingly - stylish, modern, clean, lots of established excellent business practices & service. But some small isses are there that are just weird. Like: there are toothbrushes, but no toothpaste, there is coffee but no creamer & sugar & no tea. There is shuttle bus but it's very hard to book it - they say you should book it when checking-in not later, nut do not tell that upon check-in, there was a kitchenette, but no utensils & plates, service & staff training seems to be good but communication with hotel staff leaves a lot to be desired. Beds (matresses, pillows) were average but not bad, but linen has holes in it. Even with off of it - it was a nice stay & very efficient place to stay.
