However, I would like to deduct points for the service because it is promoted as "pick-up and drop-off service to various points". But in reality, there is only "one drop-off per day, not including return!" If you want to return or drop-off again, there is a charge of 50 baht or maybe more, I'm not sure. It probably depends on the distance. We asked to pick up at Century and it cost 50 baht, which was not announced in advance and was not stated in the advertisement. We were quite disappointed about this. We can pay the 50 baht, but it should have been announced, not promoted as free pick-up and drop-off. Another thing is that the check-out time is only 12.00. If it is late from 12.00, they charge half of the room rate. And at around noon, they called to rush us to check out. We think these 2 points should be improved a lot.
