The room was average, similar to a budget hotel in China. The service was excellent, friendly and responsive. Because it's located under an overpass, the noise level was relatively low, which at least didn't affect our sleep. There's also a free shuttle to the BTS station (though reservations are essential). My favorite feature was the 7-Eleven right outside the hotel and a small market across the street. Many of the shops were exclusively for locals, with no tourists. Some shops even lacked English, a clear indicator that they cater to locals.
All in all, I think this is a very nice hotel with excellent value for money.

Bad review. We stayed for 2 days and saw on Ctrip that there was a free airport pick-up service. We asked the front desk several times in 2 days if there was any fee for airport pick-up. They said no. Finally, the driver who sent us to the airport asked us to pay 1,300 baht. It was only 400 baht to take a taxi to the airport. The communication with the hotel front desk was ineffective. In the end, we paid 800 baht before entering the airport. I felt a little cheated and it really affected my mood.
