Excellent 4-star boutique hotel within 10 mins walking to Thong Lor BTS station. Minimalistic designed rooms with perfect cleanliness. Would definitely come back again in the near future.

Hotel manager had a really bad attitude. There are no signs whatsoever that indicate a restricted area. Yet as a guest, I felt the freedom to walk anywhere I want because I was exploring the hotel and yet she encountered me by the B1 level and started yelling at me and her broken English. She was very rude and condescending about it. And on top of that she started swearing at me.Horrible lady.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Studios Sukhumvit! While not your typical large chain hotel, it was new and very cosy, with just enough amenities to make it a convenient and pleasant stay. While about an 8 to 10 min walk away from Thonglor BTS station, depending on your pace, there is a free shuttle provided every half-hourly that ends at 8pm daily for added convenience. Additionally, should you require things like a shaving kit you can ask reception or house-keeping and they will promptly deliver it to your room. While the deluxe room did not come with a tub, the toilet was spacious, and I really liked the body wash and shampoo provided. The water pressure was also strong though it did not quite translate to the rain shower. There is a slight smell of sewerage upon entering the room, but once the key is inserted into the room slot and the aircon is switched on, it quickly dissipates. I did not personally smell the smell of stale smoke along the corridors and the room which I had read in reviews. I really liked the fact that the hotel was located in a quiet neighbourhood, and I slept really well during my 3 night stay in room 213. Though there was a really noisy family next door on the last night - the walls are quite thin and definitely not soundproof - it got all quiet by midnight. The pool area isn't huge but nice enough to lounge and chill. The deck area receives plenty of sun in the mornings, so it is perfect to tan. Do note, however, that the pool water is very cold. As a whole, will I be back again, yes. Definitely. The coziness of the room and the location within the safe neighbourhood of Khlong Toei as well as the convenience of the location made it such a wonderful experience. I certainly hope the hotel continues to be kept in good condition till my next visit.

 Property is recommended. But it is far from public transportation. A taxi is needed but the shuttle will take you to the BTS station. Staff members that I encountered were between friendly, helpful but I also encountered some that they were uncaring and condescending. In my view the properties expensive for what it's worth. But it can be acceptable.

All those good reviews yet I had a terrible experience myself. The furniture seem new it’s okay so far but for the toilet was so dirty that I can see the dirt on the shower wall , the sink and mirror there was a stain on it, seemed like no one clean this room after the other guest check out and most important is TOWELS, you can see on the picture that it has black dot and how can hotel give this to us to use it looks so old and so dirty. I spent my two night stays without enjoying when I know everything around me is so dirty. And the bed sheet there was a black spot also so I think the hotel really need to check their hygiene again before giving to the guest to use. Ps, I did tell hotel concierge about this issue and even showed them picture of towels and tell them to clean room and change towels but came back to hotel room everything was still the same , they didn’t clean so I don’t know they forget right after I told or how .

New, Spacious room, Very clean, Private, Lovely Swimming pool and Fantastic Bathroom. Breakfast is Nice.

Excellent location, about 5-10 mins walk to Thong Lo BTS. The road to the station is quite busy and there isn’t really a pavement, this was fine for us, and the hotel also provided regular rides to the BTS (although we never took these as it was such a short walk). The room was clean, mostly quiet and a good size. Everything appears to be quite recently renovated. Pleasant and reasonably priced hotel for the area. There is also a small outdoor pool. Great option for a short stay.

Overall, my stay was good. The service was impressive, and the staff was attentive. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The breakfast options were quite limited, with little variety, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bedsheet in my room had some stains, and the floor drain in the bathroom was clogged, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Clean rooms, great location, friendly staff, good value for money

Appreciate the hotel’s kind gesture of setting up a birthday surprise which my partner and I really enjoyed. The room ticked all of our boxes such as comfortable bed, fridge, strong water pressure for shower, and separation of dry and wet area. The room was big and very comfortable, the additional bench area was very helpful especially for our belongings and shopping bags. We also really appreciate that there’s a platform for our toiletries in the shower area as we usually bring our own ones due to sensitive skin. The only con was that the toilet bowl flush was pretty weak where we need to flush the toilet twice to fully clear any toilet paper. The breakfast have awesome croissant that we loved alot, there are not much options but definitely can fill your stomach. The surrounding is very quiet, away from the traffic hence booking grabbike or grabcar is more convenient, otherwise it’ll be a 5-10min walk to Thong Lor BTS. There is a 24/7 7-11 within 3min walk and it’s pretty big. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Studios and would return again.

It is good located large size good room hotel. near to Metro station and walking distance to shopping malls. Liked it and will come again.
