For pure accommodation, it is clean and has a high CP value. Some rooms have the problem of toilet drain smell, but the room I stayed in this time did not have this problem :)

Location was consider central in Bangkok. It is near the new mall and nana plaza in bangkok. However, I would not say its ideal because its located inside an alley. Hence, if you are taking car or taxi out it definitely going to be jammed.
There is 711 nearby and some food stalls in the morning.
